- On the 15th of each month there will be a street sweeper cleaning all streets. Parking is not permitted on streets, so ensure all vehicles are parked in garage or on side of unit.
- "When booking this unit, we overlooked an item that was deeply buried in the very verbose listing description which stated it only had a sleeper sofa. Needless to say we very surprised to find upon arrival there was no actual bed in this unit. We opened the “sleeper sofa” to discover there was no way you could comfortably sleep on it as the listing stated. We quickly closed the “bed” made a few calls and found a motel very close that was much cheaper and had a very comfortable bed. We were there no more than 15 minutes and immediately messaged Grand Welcome to cancel our stay. We were denied a refund when requested as Grand Welcome stated they were very transparent about the accommodations. Interestingly a few days later we checked the property description again and discovered Grand Welcome added “Sleeper Sofa” to the very first part of the property description. So much for transparency. We were not even extended a refund of the cleaning fee which added insult to injury. Moral of the story, make sure you read property descriptions very carefully so you are not saddled with something you aren’t expecting. "
