This is a two bedroom unit (~ 1,000 sq ft) with a king bed in the first bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The unit has a full kitchen, bathroom, living room/dining area, and small outside patio. The living room has a queen murphy bed (or sofa sleeper). There is a clothes washer/dyer in the unit.

Guests can enjoy the several on-site swimming pools, as well as 2 kids’ pools, and a lazy river for floating. There are 5 hot-tubs on-site, a tennis court, and a fully-equipped fitness center. A luxury spa offers an extensive menu of therapeutic beauty services, including massages, facials, and a steam room.

The guest checking in at the front desk must 21 years of age or older. Others accompanying the primary guest can be under 21 years old.

There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the front desk to cover any damages to the room (credit card only).

FAQs
★Do we have access to a pool or spa?★
You do - guests have access to the pool & spa in the resort. It is only available to guests staying within the community.

★ What are the additional fees? ★
To have the pool heated it is $50 a day. There is no charge to heat the spa. It can take up to 24 hours to warm up so you need to let us know in advance if you want it heated.

★Is the property pet-friendly?★
Pets are allowed for a fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.

★What is the parking situation & how many vehicles can I bring?★
The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.

★Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours?
Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.

★Is early check-in or late check-out available?★
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.

★Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors?★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
