The space
Amenities abound at WorldMark Indio, a Mediterranean family-style desert resort. Take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and relax as you float down the lazy river or soak in one of the five hot tubs. Keep up your workout routine at the on-site fitness center. Practice your backhand, overhand and serve at the tennis court, and indulge all your senses with a massage, facial or wrap at the Spa at Indio. Other not to be missed amenities include a game room, business center, a barbeque grilling station, two children playgrounds and movie rentals.

The space
Indian Palms is a fully-gated resort community that boasts a 27-hole championship golf course, new clubhouse, pro shop & restaurant. Centrally located near Coachella/Stagecoach music festival venues, while shopping/dining is all close to the condo.

Guests will have access to the community pool and spa adjacent to the unit, but no other country club amenities are included in the rental.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival.
