Our home is 3400 sq. ft. two story, located in a quiet, beautiful community.
The home has fabulous views of mountains, lake, & hills. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Plus a bonus room with a large TV and pool table.
The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, and a bathroom adjacent to it.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a gas fireplace, & balcony.
The family rooms has a 75” flat screen TV and a gas fireplace.. There is a large sofa plus a double recliner. Plenty of seating.
The kitchen is a cook's dream: large and open, lots of light, built-i Viking range, large central island/prep bar, and double oven.
The backyard features a 6-8 person spa, super propane fire grill, rock waterfall, a fire pit area, and a comfortable patio. Lots of seating. There is also a lovely front courtyard which is great for sitting and having a quiet, private drink in the afternoon, or early morning coffee.

We were 3 senior couples who shared the house and loved the complete privacy and unlimited amenities it offered with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The backyard patio view is breathtaking and we spent every morning and evening outside; however, we were a little disappointed that the hot tub and fire pit were not working at the time. Significant upgrades to several bedrooms during 2019. There are 7 new bed frames and each with a new mattress, 3 queen, 3 full, and 1 king. Other furniture additions were also made to all of the bedrooms during 2019. Each bedroom bed has 3 - 4 sets of linens, so there are 3 sets of extra white linens per main room bed. This excludes any air mattress or futon bedding, but, this is higher end linens acquired for the main beds. We acquire new linens for the property each 12 months.

Solar power equipment was installed on the property during 2018. Solar power is a large expense, approximately $35,000.

Considering just the items listed this is close to $100,000 in upgrades and equipment for the property. This also does not include all of the costs associated with the pool.

This property is actively maintained and very actively managed.

Newly furnished in a quiet neighborhood. The Studio guest house is separate and in front of our house so we are available if you need anything. New cool-gel / memory foam mattress. Guests can check in by using the Kwikset smart code door lock. Please park in the driveway to your far left.
The guest studio is up the driveway on your left. If you don’t request a code for the door lock . I will make it the last four digits of your phone number. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer and Kerueg coffee maker.
Wifi - frontier password is on the table. There are subscriptions to Netflix, Prime and hulu.
There are 3 remotes 1 roku TV, 1 fire stick remote and for the AC / heater.
We are in the main house. Please knock, text or call if you need anything . The patio outside your front door is your Personal space. On the other side of your wooden fence is Steve the 200+ lb Sulcata tortoise. If it’s over 70°, he will be out grazing in his habitat. I leave a carrot in the refrigerator; He would love it if you fed it to him.

- "We travel quite a bit and have had some hit and miss luck with VRBO. However, Janice Renee and Lance not only have an exceptional property equipped to the nines, they are a lovely couple as well. We enjoyed getting to know them and are so happy to now call them good friends. This beautiful home sits just high enough on the street that you can see the lake and watch the ski boats. We found everything in each room to be well placed and functional. You can tell they put a lot of thought into answering what a guest might need. The kitchen has really nice appointments and they even stocked dishwasher soap and cleaners for us. Most Vrbos we have stayed in don't do that. So refreshing to find soaps, trash bags, cling wrap, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar etc. all ready and waiting for us. The home has an awesome floor plan for entertaining or just curling up with a book. The back yard is great for al fresco dining with the six top table and plenty of umbrellas and shade sails. And did I mention what great hosts they are? My husband needed to work virtually during our stay and Lance even brought over an extra table for us to use as an additional desk. Our modern, Mediterranean-style home faces sunrises to the East off the driveway, and faces panoramic sunsets over the community lake, and the Ortega Mountains on the Western rear view. Your access comprises spacious family room with TV over fireplace. There is a full outside terrace, and a full veranda off the pool/spa with spacious patio seating and lounging areas. BBQ on the terrace, or BBQ down by the pool. Also, a pool side powder room is available for use with its exterior wall shower after a swim or jacuzzi spa use.

INDUCTION COOKTOP:
Press POWER Button hold until it illuminates bright blue...then select an electrical eye spot and press/hold ON/Off until illuminates, then press POWER BOOST. Have pot/pan ready to place on eye. Features of auto shut off for safety if eye left on without placement of a pot or pan. Only induction cookware will work. See cabinets below cooktop.

There are cooking appliances in storage room on shelf...4 slice toaster, waffle maker, blender, crock pot, roaster, rice cooker, etc.

Everything in your rental is for your enjoyment.

PROPANE GAS USAGE:

GRILLS - The terrace grill...someone stole igniter, but renters have told me they can manually start it.
The lower grill has toggle switch.

There are tanks under/on the Veranda. If empty, take to the MEADOWBROOK MARKET at Greenwald and Hwy 74 for the least refill price.

JACUZZI/SPA - So as not to waste gas, HEATER OFF button must be immediately pressed after spa use. Spa use is averaged at 2 hours maximum use per day. Guest's requests for the pool to be heated will be given the current cost of propane, and Host will arrange for the extra deliveries of propane to heat pool (average 16 hours) each day guest requests and pays for a heated pool.

Remember...
1) do not leave spa heater on. Press heater off once no one in spa.

2) Canyon Lake has community Noise Ordinance. Quiet outside once it's after 8pm and dark.

Yellow button in spa...press in good once for 3 pool fountains to come on or to turn them off.

POOL HEATING REQUESTS:
Guests may request pool heating...pricing of propane gas to heat pool an average 16 hours per day is pricey because the propane gas is pricey. Contact Host for details.

STAIRS - Our home is up on a hill, so there are stairs. Spiral stairs outside leading from 2nd floor terrace down to 3rd level pool/spa and patio areas.
Poolside access is also obtainable from entering the black gate off driveway, then walking all the way down to the next gate before seeing the pool/ spa.

When you enter the front door you are upstairs where there are two bedrooms (including the master which overlooks the lake), Tv room and Kitchen are located. Downstairs you will find a large game room with pool table, football, large flatscreen tv and 2 more bedrooms. This home can sleep 12 people but also has two pull out couch beds for more if needed.
Canyon Lake also has a wonderful golf course.
The home has a fishing kayak and 2 paddle boards. There is great bass, bluegill and cat fishing right off our dock or venture out in the kayak or paddle boards.

This large 3800 square foot home is professionally cleaned and located in a beautiful community surrounded by over 900 acres of hiking trails with huge boulders scattered along the hills. Lovely Community sports park with children’s splash pad. Views of both lakes within a short 3 minute walk. Amazing wildflowers in the spring and secret hiking trails just a few minute walk to trail head entrance. You can see the stars here at night and the most incredible sunrises and sunsets! If you’d like to heat the pool there is an extra cost just ask so we can confirm and we need to start heating 24 hours prior to your arrival so it’s heated when you arrive. No need to heat in the summer time it heats naturally from the sun. This house has so many interesting cozy spaces to enjoy. One favorite is “Look out Point” behind the waterfall. It’s so relaxing sitting in chairs overlooking the valley watching hot air balloons at sunrise or stargazing at night. Also as the sun starts going down try swimming under the waterfall and sitting on the large bench seat under the waterfall. As the sun starts to disappear sun beams pierce the waterfall perfectly with light dancing within the cave area under the waterfall-it’s a magical feeling you won’t soon forget! A newly remodeled contemporary and minimalist 3,700 sq ft home located in a quiet and lovely community known as Tuscany Hills, in the city of Lake Elsinore, CA. The home has views of Canyon Lake and surrounding mountain ranges which have snow caps in the winter. The sunrises and sunsets will delight you if you are so inclined!

The house is tastefully decorated but with a minimalist touch. The master bedroom boasts a reclinable bed and remote-controlled motorized shades. Just pop the bed up, roll down the shades and catch the sunrise! One can catch the sunsets too lying in the jacuzzi tub. The adjoining glass enclosed shower has an illuminated shower niche and rainfall shower that will tempt you to extend your stay! (Ladies need not worry as the hand-held shower option will keep your hair dry!)

The other 3 bedrooms are tastefully furnished as well, and all have access to a full bath. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom arrangement. It should be noted that there is a 5th bedroom which is actually an office with a full bath attached to it. If the need arose, one could fit in a blow-up mattress in there. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bath as well for those who are averse to stairs.

The upstairs "game room" has been converted into a simple and spacious yoga area with two yoga mats and blocks.

The kitchen and family room are spacious and offer views of the lake from inside the house. Amenities include a double oven, smart refrigerator, microwave with an air fryer option and smart lights controlled by Alexa that offer dimming abilities for mood creation that extends to the family room. There is an adjoining butler area with a wine refrigerator as well.

The backyard is spacious and has views of the lake too! It offers a built-in BBQ grill and a fire pit table with a glass wind guard. Other things to note
The property is located in a rural area, as nature will have it you may come across wildlife that is native to southern California. This is a rare occasion but we want to make sure our guests are aware of possible wildlife sightings.

We do have pet birds and chickens that will be locked up near the far back of the rental property.

We please ask our guests to respect our neighbors and local noise ordinance after 10pm. You don't have to stop the fun, just keep noise to a respectful level.

We want your stay at our home and the Temecula Valley to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operate everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc.

All guests staying at the Amazing oasis Getaway must also agree with the following legally binding Agreement:

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is SHALLOW! Jumping or diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the responsible Guest.

Children: Children are most welcome at Amazing Oasis Getaway. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises.

Security Cameras: Guest understands that Amazing Oasis Getaway features video electronic surveillance on the exterior sides and front of the home for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that the rental may be under 24-hour exterior surveillance and security monitoring and patrols. Properties may include noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Tampering with our security cameras and noise monitors will result in $1000.00 fine and taken from the security deposit.

Noise: Please respect our neighbors and local noise ordinance after 10pm. You don't have to stop the fun, just keep noise to a respectful level.

Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial warning notification the first occurrence, $500.00 for the second occurrence and $1,000 and eviction for the third occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes, calling, texting, knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest's stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Amazing Oasis Getaway uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the rental.

Must be 25 or older to book. ID will be verified of Responsible Guest at check-in.

Check out is at 11:00am

Indoor and outdoor furniture must not be moved. Furniture that has been moved and not put back will result in a $100.00 furniture rearrangement fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.

** We are pet-friendly. A one-time-per-trip pet fee of $450 will be charged at the time of booking.

** We do not currently permit the use of the wood burning stove for liability reasons.

Upon arrival Responsible Guest must do a thorough inspection of the home upon arrival. If anything is missing, damaged, broken or dirty, the Responsible Guest must notify Host immediately. Otherwise, Responsible Guest will be held responsible for the damage.

Upon Checkout all trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins on the right side of house. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and started upon departure. Any dishes that are left for the housekeeping staff or that are put away still dirty will incur a charge of $100.

Security Deposit / Additional Costs: The security deposit will be used at the sole discretion of the host to pay for the restoration of the property to its original move-in condition (outside of other normal wear and tear). Additional costs include but are not limited to: cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, removing excessive garbage, repairing or replacing any part of the premises, its contents, common areas and recreational facilities for damage caused after your move-in.

Vehicles:
No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the rental premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.

All guests staying at the Amazing Oasis Getaway must also agree with the following legally binding Agreement:

A) Condition and Use of Property: The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Host shall use best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities on the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. Host shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues that are reported.

Responsible Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fire pits, decks, heaters, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children, and such use is at the Responsible Guest's own risk. Responsible Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property, and to keep Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.

Responsible Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors; nor shall guests use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, ordinance, Property rule, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the property.

B) Default: If any guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, all guests shall surrender the Property, remove all guest's personal property and belongings, and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made, and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred.

C) Assignment or Sublease: Responsible Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Responsible Guest or included within the number of permitted occupants under this Agreement.

D) Risk of Loss and Indemnification: Responsible Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal effects and other items brought into the Property by Responsible Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of the Responsible guest or guests.

At night you may like to just use our spa enjoying the quite peaceful view of the lake. Canyon lake is well know secured family community with its own app showing a lot of information regarding the activities, entertainment and fun. One of the best locations for fire work at 4th or festivals. You probably are aware of what I am speaking about but if not, you may need to visit to check it out yourself. Notes: 1-For long stay of 4 weeks or more, guest to pay $2000 as refundable deposit after deducting the utilities cost as Electricity, Water and propane.
Handling the lock Box code for checking in will be after receiving the $2000 deposit.
2-For several months stay, the guest will pay the utilities once the host submit the usage bill so we keep the $2000 for the last month of stay to deduct from.
3-Some amenities like the pool table and the hammock are per guest request and with extra charges of $100 each.
4-The spa will be checked as empty and clean, guests per their desires can fill it and it may take up to 12 hours to be heated using good amount of electricity.
5- For Safety, we encourage to shut off the propane tank in the garage if the stove or the dryer are not in use for 24H.
6-Host as a courtesy can help the guest to call in some guests visitors up to once a week giving the full names and the time periods. At no time the house to accommodate more than 10 people at one time. Absolutely no parties.
7-For more than a month stay, it will be beneficial for the guest to fill a lease form with the POA paying extra deposit of $3000 so the guest can call in his friends and have an access to the resort pool. Please be aware that the POA rules are very strict and guest can be easily fined.
8- Please don’t park in the street unless you get from the POA their permit and don’t park outside the driveway.
9-There are more instructions at the refrigerator, please get yourself familiar with.

The space
Make your way up the sunny front porch steps and check yourself in using the easy keyless August lock and be greeted with a bright, modern home with everything you could need for a relaxing couples retreat.

The spacious lounge is the perfect place to unwind with a lovely sitting area and a large chaise lounge where you can enjoy a movie on the big screen or catch up on all your favorite shows with access to streaming apps.

Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the wrap-around kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. You’ll have access to quality appliances, a coveted coffee machine, a blender for your morning smoothies, and even a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals in the dining room by the warm fireplace with additional seating up at the breakfast bar or if you don’t feel like cooking, treat yourself to a night out with restaurants only minutes away.

There are three generous bedrooms within the home with each offering quality beds topped in soft, quality linen for a restful night’s sleep along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The master features a wall-mounted smart TV, a deskspace to catch up on work, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a sparkling vanity.
Bedroom two is filled with two full-size beds and a reading chair while bedroom three is perfect for couples with a full-size bunk and a futon sleeper sofa for an additional guest.

The two bedrooms share the central modern bathroom with a relaxing bath, an overhead shower, and a lavish dual vanity with an LED-lit mirror and plenty of soft fluffy towels.
Guests also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent making the home perfect for long or seasonal stays.

On a sunny day, slide open the glass doors and step out onto the screened-in porch filled with comfortable seating giving you a breezy indoor/outdoor space to enjoy in any weather. Fire up the BBQ out in the yard for a lunch with a view then relax up on the sunbed as you take in the sunset over the mountains with unobstructed views across the horizon.

When it starts to cool down, sit around the fire pit surrounded by lush palms and watch the town light up at night – the perfect way to end each day in paradise.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, and access to a washing machine and dryer. NO ACCESS TO MAILBOX. All mail and packages must be delivered directly to the house. The mailbox is locked and you won't be able to retrieve any deliveries. The community of Canyon Lake is a private, secured HOA, with a guard station at every entrance. Visitors will receive access via the visitor app to enter the property.

Other things to note
The house driveway is steep but is quite manageable if you take your time. You will get used to it after a few days.
The yard is not fully fenced and could be a hazard for young children and pets.
The front door and backyard are fitted with a Ring security camera system for your peace of mind and mine.
There is NO working fireplace.

The space
The Canyon Lake House is 2,800 square feet and offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts lake views, a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and an en-suite equipped with double vanities, walk-in shower, and a large jacuzzi tub. The second guest room is also equipped with a king-sized bed and just as the other beds in the home - is equipped with plush, hotel-quality linens. The two back bedrooms share a jack-and-jill full bathroom with double vanities. One of the rooms offers a queen-sized bed and the other offers a king-sized bed. The home also includes a laundry room with a new and efficient washer and dryer.

The home is maintained and stocked with the utmost attention to detail for our guests' every need. The main living space includes a large dining table that comfortably seats eight adults. The spacious floor plan continues into the family room which offers plenty of seating to kick back and relax as you enjoy the 85" Smart TV and lake views through the panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cutlery, silverware, dishes, pots / pans, baking dishes and utensils. We also offer most small appliances such as a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, mixer, and more.

[Home Truths]
1. Canyon Lake is a gated community with strict and secure gate access. All guests will be added as "temporary guests" and must show ID at the gate upon every entry. Please contact your host, Kiki, for additional details.
2. We ask that all guests abide by 9 PM quiet hours where all outdoor sound and lights are off so as to respect our neighbors.
3. Our boat is stored in the garage with a security camera monitoring it. The garage still fits two to three cars depending on their size. At least 24 hour notice will be provided if we need to access the garage to get the boat.
4. Please bring your own streaming subscriptions for the Smart TV. Cable is not provided.

A monthly clean is required for stays that are 2 months or more. The cost is $220 per clean.

We strongly advise all of our guests to acquire travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation.

Other things to note
1-For long stay of 4 weeks or more, guest to pay $2000 as refundable deposit after deducting the utilities cost as Electricity, Water and propane.
Handling the lock Box code for checking in will be after receiving the $2000 deposit.
2-For several months stay, the guest will pay the utilities once the host submit the usage bill so we keep the $2000 for the last month of stay to deduct from.
3-Some amenities like the pool table and the hammock are per guest request and with extra charges of $100 each.
4-The spa will be checked as empty and clean, guests per their desires can fill it and it may take up to 12 hours to be heated using good amount of electricity.
5- For Safety, we encourage to shut off the propane tank in the garage if the stove or the dryer are not in use for 24H.
6-Host as a courtesy can help the guest to call in some guests visitors up to once a week giving the full names and the time periods. At no time the house to accommodate more than 10 people at one time. Absolutely no parties.
7-For more than a month stay, it will be beneficial for the guest to fill a lease form with the POA paying extra deposit of $3000 so the guest can call in his friends and have an access to the resort pool. Please be aware that the POA rules are very strict and guest can be easily fined.
8- Please don’t park in the street unless you get from the POA their permit and don’t park outside the driveway.
9-There are more instructions at the refrigerator, please get yourself familiar with.
