- "I thought there was a mistake; the accomadations are so nice , like a secret luxury retreat . , - So Clean & quiet , safe . The bed etc etc etc. The host is so gracious . I dont know how anyone would interepret a stay here as "terrible" . No complaints . You do well to mind your manners & if you dont have any class, you will by the time you leave here. . " - "I waited for over an hour and a half outside of the property because the host failed to give proper instructions on how to open the fron door. Once the host arrived and let me in, I was taken in the property to find there was nothing but a bed, small nightstand, and a lamp. There was no other furniture in the property. The host stated that she lived in the property. The bedroom (labeled with a sign on the door) had a code to enter. I asked to get a glass of water and the host looked mortified. The host stated that everyone brings there own water. The host then told me that the guest was not allowed to use anything in the kitchen. I told the host that I wanted to cancel my booking and the host stated :that's fine, but you will have to do it because I do not know how". I would not recommend this property to anyone and believe this property should not be allowed to posted on VRBO and I believe it violates VRBO's policies."

- "Clean and good layout for a family gathering. Sparse, nonexistent outdoor furniture though. But would stay again" - "The property was spacious enough for my family stay. However, the living room furniture it's a little outdated and it did smell. Also, the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Depending on your body configuration the mattress would sink in the middle causing pain on my guests back. So, I would recommend the living room couches and the mattresses to be replaced. Other than that, I was pretty pleased with my stay overall. The kitchen, rooms and the bedrooms were very spacious. - "We came to stay near Silverlakes for the ECNL soccer semifinals. We have a big family (8 people) and we all wanted to stay together so we chose a vrbo instead of a hotel. The property owner is very responsive. We had a couple minor issues that were my own fault (accidentally set off smoke alarm with steam from shower and also couldn't figure out dryer usage because we misread instructions) He was responsive and helpful in both cases. The property is very clean and the recent upgrades were appreciated. Specifically the showers were excellent, top quality rain shower type shower heads. They could have gone cheaper but didn’t and the luxury showers were appreciated by all family members. The wifi was fast and allowed my kids to play their video games without glitches. This location has easy access to major highways and quick deliveries from DoorDash. It’s nice to have laundry facilities. Walkable parks nearby. This is a great place to stay for families."
