The Story Behind The Homes:
They were created by a large 3D printer and then shipped out to Joshua Tree, CA. They took the homes on a crane and dropped them on this incredible plot of land. This is the NEW sustainable way of building since it has reduced construction waste by 99%, used 60% recycled material and significantly decreased the carbon footprint. The solar panels allow each pod to achieve zero net energy consumption. The owner is excited to allow guests to open these pods to guests like yourself to truly embrace this desert experience. Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

Guests will be provided unique door codes for smart lock entry, valid from check in, until the noted check out time.

The steel cowboy tub is nestled in a private area in the back patio. There is a window upstairs, but is blocked from the inside so no one can see, so your privacy is guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera for security purposes at the entrance of the studio. This allows us to ensure everyone's safety and cooperation.

STARTER SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
Some dish soap, detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and propane are provided. If you need additional supplies, they may be purchased at the nearby markets.

PETS:
The fee for up to two pets is $100 per stay. Pets that have been pre-screened are welcome for an extra fee, provided they are house-trained, stay off furniture, and avoid the pool area. Bringing a pet without permission may result in a fine of up to $1500 or forfeiture of the security deposit.

KIDS
Although small children are welcome and loved, this property may not be a great fit. The house is not child proofed so please keep that in mind when booking.

CLEANING FOR LONGER STAYS
We require professional cleaning every two weeks at a fee of $350 per.

CHECK OUT CHECKLIST
- Load and run the dishwasher an hour before departing. Please clean anything that doesn't fit.
- Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their homes.
- Dispose of all trash in the bins provided.
- Turn off all lights.
- Lock all doors and windows.

FENCES
There is a gated, chain link fence surrounding the entire property.

SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING
Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at all entry points for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

The space
Amazing huge boulders on the property. Hike right from the house. Pool, Spa, GYM, Steam Shower, Sauna, house has breathtaking view overlooking Joshua Tree. Very private. Only 10 min drive to Joshua Tree and 10 min to Section 6 Mountain Bike area.
Guest access
You have access to the whole property including pool, back patio, gym, game room, spa, lower fire pit and hiking on the property. Although main house is not included - the main house will NOT be occupied while you are staying at the property.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

Experience the charm of old town Yucca Valley in this uniquely styled private studio with a separate entrance. 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom. It is a smaller space- ideal for a solo traveler yet suitable for 2 if you don't mind being cozy. NO KITCHEN - set up like a basic hotel room with a mini fridge and gourmet coffee maker. This room is attached to my home and is perfectly situated close to coffee shops, restaurants, Pioneertown, and other desert attractions to explore!

Inside the room, you'll find everything you need for a cozy stay. The full bathroom offers convenience and privacy, allowing you to freshen up at your own pace. Relax on the comfortable full-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration.

To accommodate your storage needs, a wardrobe is provided, offering ample space to keep your belongings organized and easily accessible. We've also included a mini fridge, electric kettle, and coffee pot for your convenience. Whether you prefer a hot cup of coffee in the morning or want to store some snacks and beverages, these additions ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Fresh towels and bedding are provided to enhance your comfort, and we take pride in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment throughout your stay.

Our room offers the convenience of a hotel room with a touch of thoughtfulness. We've carefully added these amenities to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your visit.

Guest access
When you arrive at our property, convenient street-side parking is available along Navajo Trail, next to the cinderblock fence line. From there, you'll notice a white gate at the top of the driveway. Follow the concrete walkway on the left side of the house, leading you to your own private yard and the entrance to the rental.

Within the private yard, you'll find an outdoor gas grill and comfortable seating, providing the perfect setting for enjoying some fresh air and relaxation.

As you step into the rental, you'll first enter a mudroom, thoughtfully designed to keep your belongings organized and minimize clutter in the sleeping area. Hang jackets and purses and kick off your shoes, ensuring a tidy and welcoming space.

Through the second door in the mudroom, you'll enter the sleeping area. This cozy space features a full-sized bed, a wardrobe with a mirror for hanging garments, and ample storage for suitcases, extra blankets, sheets, and towels. We've made sure to provide all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

For your convenience, a mini fridge is available to store any groceries or leftovers you might have. Additionally, we've provided tea and coffee, so you can enjoy a hot beverage at your leisure.

We've taken care of the details to ensure that your stay is convenient and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Other things to note
As a clothing designer working full-time from home, I want to inform you that the room you'll be staying in is located adjacent to my sewing studio. While I have taken steps to minimize noise, it's possible that you may occasionally hear some sounds associated with my work throughout the day. Please rest assured that I will be respectful of your privacy and will do my best to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment during your stay.

Additionally, I want to note that several of my neighbors have dogs and throughout the day they can be heard barking at one another. I have good relationships with all of my neighbors and will always help mitigate any noise issues.

Furthermore, please be aware that I own a motorcycle, which will often be parked in the driveway. There may be instances where you hear the sound of the motorcycle when I am entering or exiting the property. I will strive to minimize any disturbances and be mindful of noise levels to ensure your comfort.

Despite these factors, I am committed to providing you with a pleasant and enjoyable stay. If you have any concerns or special requests, please don't hesitate to communicate them to me, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
