- "A beautiful home in the lovely Legacy Villas area. Thoughtfully appointed with just about everything one may need for a stay away from home. Host was very responsive with minor questions. Definitely would love to stay there again." - "We were in town for the BNP Paribas Tennis tournament and this location is a perfect proximity to both the tournament and the La Quinta resort (next door). Walk to coffee at the hotel in the morning (great for dinner too!) and a quick 10 minute drive (with tournament traffic) to the tennis facility. Next to spectacular mountains, and many other amenities, this is a prime location to stay. Char was a very kind and responsive host and added the Tennis Channel ahead of our visit to the cable package. Highly recommend this property and host."

Legacy Villas is an exclusive gated resort community a short walk away from the Waldorf La Quinta Resort and quick drive to Old Town La Quinta, dozens of world-class golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens for the BNP Paribas, and one of the closest resorts to the Coachella, Stagecoach, and other festivals/events at the Empire Polo Club grounds.

The beautiful main pools, lap pool, gym, and clubhouse are a 1 minute walk from the house, and smaller pools and hot tubs are just steps away. This Villa is hands down the best location to Brides/Grooms looking to book for their wedding party. The Clubhouse and covered garden pergola where wedding ceremonies take place are steps away from our villa.

The community is secured by a security guard gate 24/7, and has great walking and running paths throughout. Guests at the entrance gate will require authorization to come in to the community.

On weekends during high season (*unless posted) the Legacy Grille serves up food and drinks by the main pool.

Getting Around:
We suggest our guests rent a car if they are not bringing their own vehicle. There is taxi/Uber/Lyft services in the area if you decide to go that route. 15 minute walk to the Waldorf La Quinta Resort next door for festival shuttles, restaurants, golf, tennis, and shopping. There's parking for 1 cars allowed per rental unit (3 when renting the entire 3 unit Villa). There is ample parking just outside the villa. Larger "Sprinter" type vans or commercial vehicles area only allowed to park at the main security gate parking lot which is conveniently located next to this villa.

- "this property is in a very well groomed gated community. it is a free standing large home that has been updated and is super clean. all amenities, kitchen well stocked, quiet. there is a gas firepit large bbq and a pool beside the property. very seldom used. large rooms, great direct tv and wifi.great location, starbucks and shopping 20 min walk or 5 min drive. this is a great place!" - "The home was as pictured. However it was larger than we had expected! Master bedroom and ensuite was huge. This home easily accomadated our 4 adults and 1 infant. Back yard was lovely for morning coffee and dinners. Only complaint I would have is it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. However even though we were not please with the cleaning, it was still a great value for what we paid.
