- "Great views " - "Excellent base for our exploration of the Boulder City area. Older property but roomy and well kept." - "We stayed at Lake Mead Inn for our 25th Anniversary trip. It was the perfect place for us. It's an older mom-and-pop type place so if you expect chocolates on the pillows and room service, this is not your place. But if you like a beautiful view, the stunning hills surrounding Las Vegas, a simple but clean room, this place is for you. We parked right outside of our room, which we actually liked. The restaurant on site is supposedly good but we were in too much of a hurry each day to take the time for a sit-down meal. Lake Mead Inn is 10 minutes from Hoover Dam and 20 or so minutes from Las Vegas, so perfectly situated. We have used outdoor hottubs in the winter before, but the hot tubs around here all close for the winter because lifeguards are required. The only bummer was the jacuzzi in the room was great, but after my bath I realized there were little particles that sprayed from the jets. They need the jets professionally serviced and cleaned because though housekeeping had cleaned the jacuzzi very well, they can't control residue in the jets and that was a bummer. We still rate the place 5 stars because it was clean, quiet, scenic, staff was friendly, and it had a refrigerator and microwave, which many in Las Vegas don't have. Lake Mead Inn is where we will stay if we ever make it back to the beautiful state of Nevada again!"

Mid Term Rental Rules:
- No parking is allowed in front of any neighbor's homes.
- All adult occupants must be listed in the guest agreement or lease agreement. No exceptions!
- Just a heads up, the community association may require a lease for stays as low as 30 days. If they do, we will send that to you for signature prior to arrival.
- Please note that only stays 30 days and longer has access to pool and gym and mid term renters will need to submit their lease to the HOA to gain access to pool upon check in. This process can take up to 7 days.
- Any and all pets must be cleared prior to booking and a $500 pet deposit will be required upon approval. Unauthorized pets would be grounds for removal/eviction.
- Long term stays may require a separate lease agreement be executed
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Any smoke smells found in the property will be subject to a $500 fine.

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.

Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction.

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

*House Rules*

Tampering with any of the security devices will result in immediate eviction and without reimbursement of security deposit. We have security cameras on the following areas: Driveway, Front door Backyard, Pool area and pool equipments. We value our guests privacy and we do not have any cameras inside our home. City of henderson also requires us to have noise monitors which are located at the following areas: Stairs and in our outside backyard patio .

A reminder message will be sent out to the guest if we get a call from Henderson County regarding noise complaint. This is just a reminder to keep the noise level down and to comply with Henderson County Ordinance.

Pool and spa heating is available. There is a $65 per day fee with minimum of 2 days. Please notify us 48 hrs prior to your check-in to get the pool heated.

NO SWIMMING during quiet hours (10p-10a). Parking:
- STRICTLY ONLY 3 cars can park on the driveway. Absolutely NO street parking.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours strictly observed (Quiet hours 10pm-10am) Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $1000.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement of security deposit, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $1000.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

No music, loud talks, or any kind of noise in the backyard especially at the pool area, standing in front of the house, and smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited, If any of the neighbors complain about any noise or inappropriate behavior the guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Strictly no parties, events, or any additional guests, all guests entering and exiting the property will be monitored through our security camera.

We use a Noise decibel level monitoring device to ensure our guests do not go over a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors. They are located in the common area of the home.

We have Ring Cameras outside our home. Tampering with our devices will result in immediate removal from our property and will result in a fine up to $1000.00.

** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is fee for the HEATED SPA for $45 per day or HEATED pool at 80F for $60 per day. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to at 80 degrees or the Jacuzzi at 104 degrees. Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time.

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups most especially during quiet hours.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm to 7 am so please be mindful of your noise level. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund.

Please note the maximum number of guests at our home is ten. We cannot allow any visitors inside or out that go over that number. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!

Keyless entry with a keypad. Code gets reprogramed for each stay for the safety of each guest. The whole home is available and you will have it to yourself.

You can park your vehicle on the drive way, curb or just in front. There is a Roadrunner Park in a 1min walk with a playground for kids and a bike lane. On a 10min walk you can find the big Heritage Park with fields, running tracks, bike lanes and much more!

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

This is a primary residence and is connected to the main home. There is a locked door between the space to separate the areas of the home. There is no shared space with the host and the suite is private with its own separate entrance. Host may be staying at the property during your stay but also travels often and may not be home. Will communicate plans prior to your stay so you are aware.

The yard is a great place to relax and have a drink!

It is known to be the #1 coolest loft in Boulder City for its design, decor, and location.

It has a large bedroom with a queen bed, TV and table and chair work station and a walk-in closet.
