- "Property was clean and comfortable. Based on the property description I was expecting a washing machine in the apt. I can see that was my misunderstanding. There was a laundry room on the property. So probably the only real irritation was that the TV in the living room kept disconnecting from the internet. It would do this repeatedly throughout the show and we would have to either go to settings and reconnect or turn it off and leave it off for several minutes and try to start over. But that was minor. it was truly close to the Colorado River and we had lots of fun fishing. Close to the park. Just overall we had a good stay."

Beautiful remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath unit, central air and heat, about a 45 second walk to the river, two private beach areas (for residents and vacationers only), jet ski and boat rentals near by, centrally located to Sams club, walmart and many other stores, right across from Harrah's in a NO WAKE ZONE, fishing dock, can ride your jet ski or boat right up to the beach, kids can play in the sand this unit is upstairs and has a balcony

- "This was supposed to be workcation before heading to San Diego for business. I should have known the integrity of the owner when she tried to double charge me for my pet. I pointed out that the fee was already built into the reservation. The temperature was over 110 when we arrived in town. I informed the property owner that we needed to arrive early since we had our pet and nowhere to go to get out of the heat. I have had heat stroke and now cannot tolerate extreme heat. We had no way of knowing the projected forecast when we booked and after the heat warning decided to try to make the best of it. When we arrived, the inside temperature of the unit was 92. The owner kept saying you arrived too early, they turned it on too late, etc. I told her that it was not cooling off at all. After 30 minutes of no change, the property manager came over and then confirmed to her that ac was broken. They told us they called a repair company who would be able to be there by 7:00 pm or later. So we are talking about sitting in the heat of the unit for 3 hours + however long to get it fixed. I had a pet and nowhere to go. There was nowhere else in town that would take a dog, so the best option for us was to find a place further along our journey to get out of the heat. 45 miles away we booked a hotel. The property owner contacted me at 7:26 PM that evening to say the unit had been fixed. However we had relocated and already absorbed the additional cost of driving and the hotel. I informed her that we wouldn't be able to return. I said that I would pay for the first night (of 3) since we went into the unit and it would have to be cleaned. I requested a partial refund of my money. I have heard no response. In addition, I will not rent anything from VRBO again either. They were not helpful in the slightest. You will be very disappointed in this property."

• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines up to $2,500 and/or loss of booking.

• NO LARGE GATHERINGS/ PARTIES. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500 and loss of booking.

• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC. Amplified outdoor music is against Laughlin's ordinances. No outdoor music (day or night), including music from any mobile device. Any violation will result in fines up to $2,500 and/or loss of booking.

• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. Guest of record must be 25 years of age or older.

• EARLY AND LATE CHECK IN/OUT. Early and late check in/out depends on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Fees range from $99-$199.

Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without a refund and/or a fine.

Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc), damages, and house rule violations (smoking, party, unregistered guests, etc) will be deducted from your security deposit which is $50 above depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.
