Boat/trailer parking is okay in driveway, but it may not be long enough to keep the truck attached to the trailer. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, or in the empty lot located diagonal and across the street as it is owned by a neighbor, and she's specifically requested we pass on the message that the lot isn't for parking.

Please don't mind our dust in the garage! There is a hole in the ceiling due to a water leak we had in there from the rain. The leak has been resolved, but we're still waiting on insurance to finalize the ceiling repair. Wanted to give you a heads up, but in no way should it affect your stay as-- it's only in the garage!

- "We were a group of 10 jeepers planning to do several trails in the area. Everyone being seniors lots of bathroom availability was an issue. Which this house easily accommodated. House is not new but everything was functional and all the rooms are very spacious. We would definitely book this property if we are in the area again." - "The house is very spacious! 17 in total, our group of family and friends felt at ease at any level of the house. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possibly need! There is a huge skylight in the upstairs room with the balcony which is awesome to wake up to but hard for toddlers to sleep in since it gets bright very early. That room has two square cutouts that connect to the upstairs loft/hang out area so noise easily travels even from downstairs up into this room. Not a big deal but figured I would post it so people can choose rooms accordingly. There are tons of bugs! They do not bite but can be somewhat annoying. They are everywhere outside and by the water. We dealt with it and were riding the sea doos all weekend and hanging in the water. Free launch ramp was about 5 minute drive by Lazy Harry's."

This townhome is a snowbirds delight and summer time get away. Come get out of the cold and stay for a few weeks or a few months. This is a well established small gated community. This unit has a garage and covered driveway you can pull right into rain or shine. Main entrance takes you into the dining room and kitchen area with all new stainless steel appliances and gas stove top. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, hot grill, microwave, etc.). Just bring your food and cook it up. You can also find the in-unit washer/dryer with stocked cleaning & washing supplies. Feel like watching some TV or jumping on the internet...you’ll find high speed wireless internet available and smart TVs in living room and master bed. Sit back and relax in the lazy boy recliners or stretch out on the couch. Master bedroom has a queen bed with on suite bathroom, two sinks, large tub, shower and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen bed and large closet with a common bath just outside the bedroom door.

This home is just far enough away to be out of the "hustle" of the casino area, but such a short ride to get to that area, and you could go enjoy the casinos and dining any time you wanted. This is a designer condominium in a gated and guarded HOA condominium association and the rental is only one month at a time "no weekends and also no weeks" only by the 1 month with a three month intervals in the winter and summer months. What makes the space unique as it has an absolutely fantastic view of the Colorado River and the Lights a Bullhead city at night. Located in the mtns of Laughlin near town with a grocery store near by and lots of casino on the river .

There are approximately 38 steps ( 3 flights ) to the top of the condominium so anyone who is looking for some exercise , this is a good thing I actually lost weight when we bought and decorated the condominium back in 2002.

Other things to note
This condominium has a designer five star paint job 12 colors , and is absolutely beautiful to walk around with the beauty of the colors to create this desert look inside , and as you look outside 270 degree views from all the rooms , it's a spectacular scene. The condos also offer 2 pools and also 2 spas and parking for an RV too if needed . We also have Internet and Big screen TV , and sound bar that provides Netflix, Pandora another cable opportunities with WiFi.

• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC. Amplified outdoor music is against Laughlin's ordinances. No outdoor music (day or night), including music from any mobile device. Any violation will result in fines up to $2,500 and/or loss of booking.

• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. Guest of record must be 25 years of age or older.

• EARLY AND LATE CHECK IN/OUT. Early and late check in/out depends on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Fees range from $99-$199.

Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without a refund and/or a fine.

Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc), damages, and house rule violations (smoking, party, unregistered guests, etc) will be deducted from your security deposit which is $50 above depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.

We have about 300 Ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!!
