The gorgeous newly remodeled condo is inside a gated community. The guest suite is very clean and located at the 2nd floor. It offers almost everything you need for a pleasant stay. Tons of convenient amenities, restaurants, and entertainments are nearby. Only 2 minutes to I-60 and 10 minutes to loop202. Plenty of free guest parking is right by the front door. Water softener n RO r used. Kitchenette, refrigerator, bathroom, and washer/dryer may be shared if the other two bedrooms are occupied.

The space
This spacious bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, a dedicated study desk and an ergonomic chair. It's very quiet and cozy. All beddings and the mattress were brand new when I started to offer the services. The mattress is a 10 inches thick memory foam and protected with a cover that’s is bed bug proof.

Guest access
Water softener is used for the whole house. The bedroom has a door that can be locked. The living/dining room, bathroom, kitchenette, and the laundry room are shared with guests in another bedroom, if any. If the other two bedrooms are vacant, guests will use the entire guest suites and share with no one.

During your stay
The host is living downstairs which is completed separated from upstairs. You won't see the host unless a request is made.
