The AC is very loud which made it hard to hear the virtual event but that is my only complaint. A soundbar that enhances voices would be helpful in this case when the AC is running. I have now been in the vacation rental business for a number of years. Respectfully-please do not rent this unit then plan on others joining you. This is perfect for 2 people. It accommodates 2 very nicely. It has loveseats and not couches-there are no other sleeping accommodations. Relationships (any) are not exemptions to this rule. Brothers in law-sisters-or the neighbor's mortician visiting from back home- do not count as guest invitees to stay at this unit.
All I can provide beyond the unit itself it my attempt to provide the best service I can.
I welcome you and your spouse/partner-but please-2 people in the unit max. Thank you!!

On stays from April-October, the moderate refund policy applies, although exceptions can be made at owner's discretion. 50% is due to secure the reservation and the balance is due 90 days from date of arrival. That's why it is best to submit an inquiry rather than a booking to ensure all of your questions are answered prior to commitment of funds.

Also, last minute bookings or a check-in or check-out date requiring expedited cleaning (i.e occurs within 24 hours another guest's is check-out or check-in date), there is a $100 expedited cleaning fee.

Finally, a lease agreement is required. Please note that, although there is a no refund policy with VRBO, cancellations prior to 90 days from arrival will be refunded everything except a $50 processing fee, once a lease agreement has been sent. Sun City is a peaceful and fun 55+ community.

This two bedroom, two bath home has it all! A comfortable living room with a 50" TV with streamed live TV and programs. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and other items. There is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the back patio for entertaining purposes. Covered patio with comfortable patio furniture. Two car garage is spacious.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Quality mattresses and sheets in each bedroom.

Both bathrooms have sparkling quartz countertops and quality towels.

Excellent location in Phase II of Sun City. This is an age restricted community, so one renter must be 55+. Home is near Bell road for easy access to freeways, restaurants, places of worship, and shopping.

This spacious rental was spotless and comfortable. It was thoughtful and fully equipped. Our one question upon arrival was immediately answered. Important Notes
-To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features exterior security cameras and an Arlo doorbell. There are no interior cameras.
-Although our cleaning staff takes every precaution to provide a clean environment for each of our guests, we assume no responsibility in the event that you or your guests contract Covid-19 during your stay at our home.
-This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.
-Pets, of all shapes and sizes, are prohibited and may result in a termination of the booking without refund. Three propane tanks have been provided, however; supply of the propane is your responsibility.
-The thermostats have been set to maintain the house between 68 and 75 F.
