This is a clean comfortable space, a great place to relax and refresh after a long day of travel. The room has one double bed and a futon couch. There is a Pack n Play available for those traveling with small children. The guest bathroom is shared, but private. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry, and living room if desired.

There are SEVERE allergies to animals and peanuts in the house.
There will be other guests in the house that will share the bathroom.

The house is a 5-10 minute walk from hiking/biking trails on Mount Elden.

We are about 5 miles from NAU campus and 16 miles from skiing/snowboarding at Arizona Snowbowl.

This house belongs to my parents, Randy and Lyrae, who live there. I will not be at the house during your stay. My parents are great and very welcoming. I will be available to answer questions through the Airbnb website/app.

There is no air conditioning but there are fans available if it's hot during your stay and you are welcome to open windows.

This 3-bedroom, 2000 sq ft Flagstaff home offers comfort, space, and privacy for longer stays. Each guest bedroom is fully furnished, including queen beds or twin beds - your choice - and workspaces. Enjoy a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a cozy living area with a fireplace and a Bose sound system. A private home gym is located in the garage, equipped with strength and cardio gear. Ideal for travel professionals, or remote workers needing a quiet, extended retreat.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the whole house, including the living room, kitchen, laundry area, and the garage gym. Feel free to use the fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and other kitchen essentials during your stay. One bedroom (the master) will be locked. In the gym, please avoid the black storage bins and anything stored on the overhead ceiling rack. The backyard is all yours to enjoy—feel free to use the BBQ grill and fire pit! Just note the small storage shed in the backyard is off-limits.

Just a few things to help keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone:

Please remove your shoes indoors, and avoid food or drinks on the couch. The couch is a custom piece.

For safety, security cameras are located in the garage, kitchen, and dining areas, as well as the exterior of the house. There are absolutely no cameras in any bedrooms or bathrooms of course. You will be given an ADT Security System login and you will be able to access and arm the security system.

Guests are expected to maintain day-to-day cleanliness during their stay, including washing dishes, wiping up spills, and keeping bathrooms tidy. Cleaning supplies will be provided for your convenience. A professional move-out cleaning will be arranged after checkout, which is covered by the cleaning fee included in your booking. If you’d like biweekly cleanings during your stay, this can be arranged at guest expense or bundled into the rent.

This is a no-smoking, no-vaping, and no-drinking property. Weapons or firearms are not allowed on-site. The Master Bedroom maybe occupied by myself and/or my girlfriend and a small beagle. This is not our primary residence and we will communicate our presence to you in advance.

My husband Bob & I will be your host along with our black Lab, Cody! If you are one person looking for a place to call home as you travel, this is your spot. No TV in the home, a true place to think and rest. Outdoor deck with glider for relaxation. Books to read, videos to watch on your laptop and plenty of info about nearby sites to visit. Neighborhood is quiet & nearby trails you can access within 5 minute walk from our house. We enjoy good conversation with our guests if you are interested.

The space
Our home is a split level manufactured home with 2 car garage. Lots of light here and all on one floor. Very comfortable! You will share the bathroom with one guest if the other room is booked. We rent out 2 rooms within our home which my husband, Bob and I reside. We have our own bathroom. Our rented room is suitable for one guest only.

Guest access
Our guest is welcome to use the kitchen and living area. Our balcony with glider is a great place to relax. I usually prepare breakfast if time allows. Feel free to relax in the living or dining room or on our deck which overlooks our backyard. Lots of Pine Trees!

During your stay
We give space to our guests but enjoy conversation with them. Communication via text or phone for questions or concerns.

A lovely 1930's Craftsman style home on the south side, within walking distance of downtown and NAU. This is an larger downstairs bedroom with morning light and a queen sized bed. The space
A beautiful antique home built by the owner of the flagstaff sawmill (the street is named after him) in the early 30's.

Guest access
Shared spaces include: kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, sun- room, laundry room, and 2.4 bathrooms, including an old-fashioned claw foot tub.

During your stay
The host, John, lives in the 5th bedroom of the house and is available if needed.

Other things to note
