Pet friendly - 1 small dog, 15 lbs or under that doesn't shed. One bedroom, one bathroom, completely remodeled condominium in a 55 year+ community ( and at least one person MUST BE 55). Purchased in 2013 and added all new floors, paint, kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, countertops, sink and faucet. New countertop, sink, faucet in bathroom. A very active community with a pool, large hot tub, shuffle board, pickle ball court, community center, laundry facilities, exercise room, pool table, and library, Please go to for more information. Great location away from the city but close to grocery and shopping malls. Secure area with wonderful amenities. The only down side would be the fact that it is an upstair unit. Vince even gave me good referrals for work that I needed done on my classic car. We were there in the heart of the summer months and the only drawback was the noise of the air conditioning unit (probably not an issue in other months). Otherwise, everything worked well and the condo was clean and fully equipped for an extended stay. The complex was also well-maintained and the pool was clean and large enough for lap swimming. Laundry facilities were clean and functional. All of the neighbors were friendly and welcoming and we plan on seeing some of them again (we relocated here and stayed at the condo while we looked for a house). They were/are our friends now. The location is away from the city centers, but it's a nice area and almost everything you need is just a short drive away, with highway 60 nearby for easy freeway access. You get a great view of Superstition Mountain from the balcony. All in all, it's a great bargain and we are pleased with our first, albeit temporary, residence in Arizona."

This guest house / studio apartment is on our fenced property close to Mesa, US-60 and Loop 202. The building is separate from the main house. Main house is not part of this listing. Distance between the 2 buildings is 44 feet. We can easily be reached.

This is not a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom but a small studio with a pantry kitchen and a queen size bed. Pantry kitchen features a countertop stove with 2 burners, a Keurig capsule coffee machine, microwave, mini oven and an espresso machine. Keep in mind that this is not a full kitchen and not suitable for large meals. Appliances can only be used individually since they are on a single 20 amp breaker. Small 110 volt washer-dryer combo in the bathroom. This machine is for small loads only. Dryer takes more time than a regular 220 volt model. This machine is a little bit noisy. Quiet Samsung refrigerator with icemaker. This place is very quiet, safe and private. High speed internet. TV with local channels. No cable TV but there is a Voice controlled Roku Express+ which gives you access to Netflix. Not suitable for pets. Since some guests are allergic to animal hair, we don’t make exceptions.

Guests receive gate opener and the key upon arrival. Keep in mind that this is not a self check in property. You have to let us know the approximate time of arrival and keep us updated since we have to meet you at the gate to give you the gate opener. You will be responsible for lost key or lost gate opener - if key or gate opener is not returned. Guest agrees to pay $45,- for a new lockset (for the main door and the security door) if he/ she loses the key. Guest will be billed $ 50,- if the gate opener is not returned. This includes the cost of installing new locks and reprogramming the gate opener. This is for our safety and the safety of other guests. We don't want any guns / firearms on our property. Guest will not carry any firearms on the property and advise visitors of our firearms policy. Absolutely no smoking inside the studio but smoking is ok on the patio or anywhere outside. Pool was built in 10/2025 and isn’t heated yet. Once the heater is installed we will update the listing. It will probably be in late January or February 2026.
Pool Rules: 1.) Absolutely no glass inside the pool area !! There are plastic cups in the kitchen cabinet. In case of a glass breakage we have to call the pool company to completely drain the pool. This is the only way to make sure that the are no broken glass pieces somewhere at the bottom. The cost of draining and replacing the water is $1000,-

The laundry is only $1.50 for a wash and $1.25 to dry, and you CAN use quarters. This was the closest, reasonably priced condo we could find near Canyon Lake, and we swam 6 of our days here. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors were helpful in telling us about the pool key, where to take our trash (dumpster), etc. We had such a good time here."

Our vacation bungalow is prepared and maintained with the comfort of our guest's as our first priority! This cozy bungalow has a huge private, covered patio with hot tub, gas fire pit, ping pong, Roku television, gas grill, ceiling fans and outdoor seating and dining to enjoy Arizona's outdoor living and family fun! Inside the bungalow, you will find a renovated, clean 2bd/1bth bungalow with large, fully appointed eat in kitchen, and cozy living room to relax after a day exploring. In 2023 we installed a new HVAC system and it has double pained windows to keep you cozy in the cool winter months and cool during the warm summer days. Bedrooms have cozy carpet, furniture and new beds in February 2023 with high-end linens and cozy duvet comforters, all cleaned between every guest. Large fully fenced lot has plenty of parking for motorcycles, ATV's, boats or RV with full hook ups! Quiet neighborhood, we know all the neighbors. It is just minutes from I60 and the I202 loop and many restaurant and shopping options all within close proximity to this home, ask us for recommendations. Easy shot over to the east valley baseball spring training stadiums; the Renaissance festival in February/March and many other events. If you would like to enjoy the gorgeous outdoors here in Arizona you are 10-15 minutes from recreation in the Tonto National Forest or Usery Park!

They have an done incredible job in keeping the Casita well-maintained and making sure that guests receive excellent care. I unfortunately needed to get home earlier than expected due to personal reasons, but I wish I could’ve stayed. So this house is a 20 minute drive from both lakes. I frequently go boating on the weekends so if that is something that interests you please let me know. I have 2 kayaks as well that I’ll rent out. I occupy the house and Airbnb my other rooms... All the rooms have locks on them and I will provide you with a key that only works for your door- I have antlers on the wall to give it the country feel. I have a dog named Marley who is a sweet heart of a dog !

This country home has a touch of modern with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The home is equipped with Ai like “hey google” so you can easily listen to music, hear the news or determine the weather for the day. I have remote controlled lights over the pool, they can be changed to any color you like. Your room will have it’s own personal key for entry... Please feel free to use space in the fridge for any items you decide to buy (space is limited) once you confirm with me I’ll send you a code to get in the front door as well as a link so you can download the “LOCKLY” app to gain access by the touch of a button
