Shopping, dining, entertainment. Very cute 2 Bedroom(or one bedroom and sunroom) with one bath Casita located on beautiful horse property. Fully furnished with high end, vintage and antique appointments. Fully appointed​ kitchen with oven and stove, microwave​, dishwasher​, coffee maker, large bedroom with good closet space, sitting/sunroom with large closet and futon, large livingroom and bonus office/climate controlled tack room. The Casita has a small, private, fenced yard with dog door. 1 small dog is ok with approval from owner. Also an outdoor sitting area right off the bedroom with a small fire pit in the enclosed yard. This is the perfect place for you to rest with your horses. Miles of riding trials along the canal right out the back gate. Close to the queen Creek Equestrian center, Welcome Home Ranch and Horseshoe Park. Quick trailer ride to the SanTan Mountain Trails, and many other riding trails within 20-45 min. Rental price includes Cable (HBO, Showtime, Movie Channel, Premium Movie Channels and NFL Sunday Ticket), internet, plenty of parking for your horse trailer, or RV, climate controlled, private storage area/tack room. 30X15 stalls(dirt floor stalls, no shavings are offered. We will not strip the stall for you if you choose to use shavings. Please strip it every few days and before you leave, grass paddocks, full use of the HUGE roping sized arena, casita cleaning once per month(for monthly rentals) and more. Tenant even has own private gate to come and go. The casita is super cute with very high end furnishing and art. We take one traveler at a time. Great place to spend the winter. I call this home my Hideaway Haven because you can experience the exciting atmosphere of downtown and then come home to your private haven. You will love the privacy you will have in the backyard.

Enjoy a comfy king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bath has a newly renovated shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a set of queen size bunk beds. The couch also pulls out into a bed for extra sleeping spots.

The Hideaway Haven has an open floor plan that will allow you to cook in the fully stocked kitchen while watching TV or visiting with everyone. I provide towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, blow-dryers and use of the washer and dryer.

There is an outdoor dining table and a gas fire pit where you can sit and have some after dinner cocktails. There is plenty of room outside to play your favorite outdoor games. We have a bocce ball set, corn-hole and a football to toss around. There are a few games and cards to play inside.

The Hideaway Haven is near everything that you could possibly want. It's a short drive to both airports, golf courses, shopping, dining and sporting events.

We have a doorbell camera, and our guests will be able to view anyone that comes to the front door. The guests will also be able to speak to anyone at the door from the inside panel. There is also a camera in the driveway.

Stonehaven has become so popular to new and returning guests we have now added the Nestor Room and two other rooms. Because these rooms are smaller and do not have private bathrooms, we have discounted the price significantly, yet guests still have access to all the amenities and common areas which in large part is why Stonehaven is so popular.

When the kids moved out we turned our theater room into three bedrooms. There are no windows so these rooms can be very dark, day or night.

Enjoy your own bedroom with a full bed + twin bed bunk. There is a detached full bathroom across the hall (shared with one other guest room). All bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a half bath on the first floor that is shared with guests and host.
Feel free to use the rest of the house as well! Kitchen, fridge, main rooms, yard, etc. (Limited room in fridge and pantry). A pool key is available and the neighborhood pool is just a block down the street.
Plus access to two sweet doggos that will accept endless pets!

During your stay
I am available by app messaging or phone and will be in the area during your stay. If you are wanting some company, I’d love to chat and swap travel stories and hear about what you do. If you’d like space, that can also be easily accommodated as the home is well split into a few sections.

Other things to note
I would love to receive a rough ETA on the day you check-in. This will allow me to keep the dogs out of your way while you get settled.

Because this is a lived in home and many spaces are shared with the homeowner and pets, you need to be recommended by other AirBnB hosts and a Valid ID must be verified on your profile.

there is so many restaurants, around, at 10 min from home depot. Costco, at 5 min from Frys Wal-Mart and big Wal-Mart center, in an very low crime area, cinema center, Ross, homes goods all at 5 min from the house. Bank and gas stations very very close ect extremely well placed !

Private bedroom with private bath in a 4-year old home. The bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

The space
The bedroom is located at the opposite end of the house from the owner's suite for extra privacy. Bathroom is directly across the hall from the bedroom. Laundry room is next to the bedroom.

Parking is available outside the house.
