his newly built guest suite is on the property of a historic home from the 1950's. Situated in a landscaped oasis with it's own private entrance and plenty of indoor and outdoor space with plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. This little oasis is centrally located near the airport, Mill Ave, convention center, sports arena, hiking and a ton of restaurants and bars.

This guest suite is comfortably furnished with a King size bed and has everything you will need to have an amazing stay (linens, towels, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker and coffee pods etc). Guests have full use of their side of the luxurious outdoor area and sitting & dining areas. Beautiful modern renovation and design! Also included, high speed WiFi internet and 4K TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon TV. Everything you will need to have an amazing Downtown Tempe stay!

PLEASE NOTE:
- The main house also gets rented out and the backyard is semi-private...you will have your own backyard area and side entrance, but you might see each other from time to time. If you would like to book the main house as well, please let me know and I can send you the link. It 2 bedroom/1 bathroom.
