This unit is located on the ground level. There are no stairs to climb.

Parking is free but you need to make sure you put the parking pass in your vehicle hanging from the mirror. Be sure to leave the parking pass in the unit before checking out. There is a $250 replacement fee. Any lost or unreturned pool/laundry/gym keys will also incur a $250 replacement fee.

This is a suite in a larger complex, you will see other guests and long term tenants at the property and sharing the pool and gym with others.

**Please be aware the building controls when the heat is turned on and off and when the ac is turned on and off for the season. Around the beginning of Dec the building turns the ac off and heat on for the winter months. Around the beginning of March the building turns the heat off and the ac on. Once it's turned on you'll have full control of the temperature. However if the heat/ac is off you won't be able to use it.
We provide extra blankets if the heat should be off and it gets a little cold. We do not offer refunds should you be hot or cold due to the ac/heat being on or off

Person I was texting said it was locked, but when we returned that night the door was NOT locked. I had informed the host to ensure the house is locked because we dont wanna get robbed. They have failed to lock the apartment and make my check in very difficult. I was also scared of the fan to fall down on my above the toilet because it is barley hanging in there. The furniture is old, the little chair was wobbly, and the dry wall was already damaged when we got there. I only know that because I scoped the place out. The walls are dirty and its dusty. There were even fruit flies the entire time we were there. I should not be getting charged a $150 damage fee becauss the dry wall was already damaged. This apartment needs to be cleaned deeply before another guest stays."

The studio apartment is conjoined to our home, sharing one common wall but is completely private with it's own separate entryway from the driveway and it's own separate exit to the back yard.

The exterior of the apartment, the free shared off-street parking areas and the conjoined house are monitored by 24 hr recorded video surveillance (not in private/indoor areas). Watch your step in and out of the bathroom (one step up / down) and watch your head.

PLEASE NO MAIL TO OUR ADDRESS. If you need to ship something to yourself, please look into UPS "Hold for Pick-up" service or a similar service. We cannot be liable for packages delivered to our address.

Self check-in is ANYTIME AFTER 5 PM and check-out is ANYTIME BEFORE NOON. We cannot accommodate early luggage drop off or early check-in / late check-out as the apartment is being cleaned, fresh linens dispersed, etc. for our next guest. Thanks for your understanding.

If you’re a light sleeper, we kindly request that you reconsider booking with us. This unit is conveniently located near Phoenix International Airport, which means you’ll often hear planes overhead. In addition to our air conditioning units, this may not be suitable for light sleepers. We want to be transparent about this potential issue for anyone who might book with us.
