- "The property has a charming 1950s vibe so I was excited to experience it. When I first arrived, I noticed my toilet had no SEAT. I immediately notified the manager but he did nothing about it. I could have endured it and maybe even forgiven it had he not harrassed me to hurry up and check out when I forgot that the check out was a ridiculous 10 am when all other places are 11 am.I felt it was tacky and unreasonable to say anything to me under the circumstances of having no way to sit down safely on a toilet! Renter did call to say he was watching us on the camera that was pointed at the sliding glass door of the unit. Poor / non existent curtains added to the lack of privacy feeling. We were asked to pay a $40 last minute booking fee in after paying for the rental through Orbitz. Renter did make efforts to waive the extra fee and to help us understand what the ad was not clear on but he did blame the lack of clarity on the VRBO auto generated ad. We were glad to have a place to stay in the area but the issues around VRBO and the not meeting our expectation of privacy will make it hard to return."

All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. All of our 2bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past.
