I understood why, because Pool was not heated, hot tub was inoperable and cabana was closed. The tenant above was very loud/yelling (single mother and young son). I noticed Authorities were called on separate occasions (from other tenants) because of this noise. Also, no other activities in the community."

- "The property is old and the upkeep is marginal. It was equipped with all of the necessities and all of the appliances with the exception of the refrigerator were relatively new. No fan in the bathroom and no garbage disposable. The couch was filthy and not at all like pictured in the VRBO advertisement. The chairs were very uncomfortable. The oven hadn’t been cleaned and we had to clean it before we could use it. Thank goodness it was a self cleaning unit, but we had to do some additional cleaning to remove some caked on material even after the cleaning. We did enjoy the large screen TV and enjoyed Netflix and other features available. The installation of the extra air conditioner (because the builtin didn’t work) needed outside air left a lot to be desired. The access was provided by opening the patio door about 10“ and taping in a 10’’X ~ 8’ piece of cardboard in which the duct was inserted and held in place by duct tape. Cold air came through the edges. I finally removed some of the tape so we could close the door completely to shut out the cold air. We wouldn’t have needed the air conditioner for our January stay. There no stopper in the bathroom sink. We were afraid that something could fall in the opening so I had to improvise something to use as a stopper."

Guest Access:
you'll have full access to the entire casita during your stay. Please note that this is a separate unit next to the main home, and there is no backyard access, side gate, or back door access. However, there are two designated parking spaces in front of the unit for your convenience. Please be mindful not to block any other cars.

Our casita is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just a short drive from Surprise Stadium, where you can catch exciting baseball games during the spring training season.
