The bed sheets have a bit of a yellowing which doesn’t look inviting. Probably just need to replace them. The futon has two pretty visible stains that should be cleaned up quickly. It was hard to sit in it. The TV worked so slowly that it was pretty much unusable but not a huge deal there. The parking spot is a bit of a walk but I had no issue with that I just think it needs to be made clear in the listing. Also it was unclear how to use the amenities. I didn’t see a fob or anything to use the gym and pool. Overall not a bad place tho."

Stifling small dark arrive late night. I couldn't find my room without my phone right you can see the keypad. The keypad often did not open the door. That's super frustrating. I just don't like this kind of sterile. No human contact situations. You're having a late night and trying to find a room that is very stressful. There's basically a place where people live condo. They probably threw in a few apartments to rent. The gym is good though the location can be extremely busy if there is an event in the stadium one day it took me an hour to get through the traffic so it might be a good option for somebody by yourself. I stay in the regular hotel next time. "

Upon our arrival we did a hike at Thunderbird Conservation Park, a seven minute drive from the apartment. We then found a cute wine/cocktail bar The Tipsy, just a three minute drive away—a nice change from the chain restaurant offerings that are everywhere in the Phoenix area. We also enjoyed going for a run on the New River Trail, a short drive away in Peoria. The apartment was as shown—tidy, nicely appointed and the owners were extremely responsive and proactive in their communication."

- "My stay was wonderful. I liked everything about it. However, either Vrbo and/or the owner failed to send me the passcode to the home. It turned out to be a lengthy process and I also locked myself out of the guest house 'cause I was not given the full instructions on locking and unlocking the door. Also, ingress and egress from the home, entering from a gate was a bit cumbersome because the gate has to be lifted in order for the mechanism to close. That also was annoying.
