The bed sheets have a bit of a yellowing which doesn’t look inviting. Probably just need to replace them. The futon has two pretty visible stains that should be cleaned up quickly. It was hard to sit in it. The TV worked so slowly that it was pretty much unusable but not a huge deal there. The parking spot is a bit of a walk but I had no issue with that I just think it needs to be made clear in the listing. Also it was unclear how to use the amenities. I didn’t see a fob or anything to use the gym and pool. Overall not a bad place tho."

- "Clean room comfortable bed. So the dislikes: no bathsoup any kind, the shades are so so, cold modern design but actually the proper to itself is the worst not the room. Stifling small dark arrive late night. I couldn't find my room without my phone right you can see the keypad. The keypad often did not open the door. That's super frustrating. I just don't like this kind of sterile. No human contact situations. You're having a late night and trying to find a room that is very stressful. There's basically a place where people live condo. They probably threw in a few apartments to rent. The gym is good though the location can be extremely busy if there is an event in the stadium one day it took me an hour to get through the traffic so it might be a good option for somebody by yourself. I stay in the regular hotel next time. "

For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park offers hiking and biking trails with scenic views of the surrounding desert landscape. Game Room: Please feel free to use the game room, but we ask that you take good care of the equipment and put everything back where you found it after use.

Sonos Sound System: Please feel free to use the Sonos sound system, but we ask that you keep the volume at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

Fire Pit: Please use caution when using the fire pit, and never leave it unattended. We recommend that you only use the fire pit in the designated area, and do not use it during periods of high fire risk.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Please feel free to use any of the appliances or cookware, but we ask that you clean up after yourself when you're finished.

We live here part time so this home is decked out with everything you will need to enjoy life to the fullest during your stay. We have stayed in many vacation rentals so we know the disappointment that goes along with arriving at a place and finding one towel per person or 4 plates in the cabinet. This home has it all. We have cut zero corners and staying here you will know that we don't just share this place but we love it too.

The floorplan is great for family gatherings where you can be together but still have your own space so you aren't on top of one another. Very nice ammenities. Upon entering you will be greeted by two beautiful wood panel French doors. The home itself provides an airy feeling, lots of bright light and a unique open-floor plan to give you a sense of space and freedom while on vacation.

The house has two living rooms- one being sunk-in- to provide plenty of space for entertainment or watching sports events on the 60" Flat Screen TV.
If TV isn't your jam then walk over to the play room where there is a pool table and an open bar free for your use, perfect for pregaming before a night on the town!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for any kind of meal, any time of day (seasonings for days!). Also, a Keurig coffee maker for those necessary cups of joe in the morning.

An office is available for work things, a laundry room with cleaners for any necessary (or emergency) washing. There is also a gym room in case fitness is important while on your trip, or it can be converted into a third room for extra guests upon your stay. Just let us know upon booking what option you'll need.

Walk to the backyard where to your left you have a beautiful outdoor entertainment area, complete with a Gazebo, BBQ and Smoker, and firepit. Great for BBQs or enjoying a cocktail while watching sunset. A large sparkling pool greets you while to the right is the hot tub, which can be set to a temperature that does not exceed the guidelines set by the CDC or the CPSC. Past the hot tub there is plenty of seating for lounging, tanning, or both! A grass area is also provided for kids who want to play some soccer or a game of cornhole!

We have one actively recording ring camera at the front entrance which actively records video and audio. There is also a smart home device on the back patio which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

When you walk into the home, the stairs to your left will lead you to your dedicated bedroom and hallway bathroom. The bedroom at the end of the hall to the left of the stairs is the room you will stay in, the bathroom just outside of that bedroom is the dedicated bathroom for your stay.

please note, I do have a cat who goes indoors and outdoors. I also have a small Pomeranian poodle who is hypoallergenic. However, she does have quite the bark and will greet you every time she sees you

The space
The house is about 1700 ft.². The room is straight down the hall at the end with the bathroom to the left. There is large outside space with a table and chairs. We have a large TV in the front room which is accessible with two comfortable couches.

Please provide an ETA as soon as you know it. I will either meet you at the house which would be my preference or leave a key for you under the mat. I prefer to meet you so that I can introduce the dog and get her comfortable.

I’m making a second note here that I have an indoor/outdoor cat named Casey. I have a small Pomeranian poodle dog. She’s a hypoallergenic, but she does have a very loud bark and will greet you just about every time she sees you, and then she settles down.

I work from home, and am on my phone, zoom, and meetings all day. The accommodations will probably not work for someone else working from home.

Ideally if you are a traveling nurse, travel for work, or in town for an event etc.. this could be a perfect place for you!
