- "The property has a charming 1950s vibe so I was excited to experience it. When I first arrived, I noticed my toilet had no SEAT. I immediately notified the manager but he did nothing about it. I could have endured it and maybe even forgiven it had he not harrassed me to hurry up and check out when I forgot that the check out was a ridiculous 10 am when all other places are 11 am.I felt it was tacky and unreasonable to say anything to me under the circumstances of having no way to sit down safely on a toilet! This rental has been a dream of ours for many, many years and has now come true! We have pulled out all the stops to make your stay with us a great adventure or a restful escape!!! Mark and I love a Stacation and one of our favorite things to do is to create a charcuterie board. You will find a beautiful board, knives and a cookbook to whet your appetite for romantic or fun appetizers.

You will also find everything that you need for a one night stay or an extended vacation. The cozy jewel is outfitted with a stacked washer/dryer, full sized refrigerator, 2 TVs, Microwave and Convection Oven. I love kitchen gadgets so expect to find almost everything you need in the kitchen. There is also a desk and chair if you have to set aside time to work during your stay.

The enormous patio leads to a newly renovated sparkling pool (not HEATED November - March) and grassy backyard surrounded by towering pine trees. It's more like a forest adventure than being in the middle of the desert! Enjoying your breakfast, lunch or dinner on the patio is lovely with all the birdsong and dragonflies all around. You are welcome to enjoy the fresh grapefruit and pomegranates from our trees when in season!

We have a 36 inch Blackstone Griddle that makes wonderful steaks, burgers, chicken, pancakes, hash browns, grilled veggies and all things grilled! You are welcome to use it throughout your stay.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached garage and is very tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. The large living room has a fireplace, 65" smart t.v. with number of apps available and satellite radio. The dining area leads to the large patio with views of the complex trees, facing away from all major roads. The pool, hot tub and fitness room are located 50 feet from unit. (WI-FI Available at the pool and clubhouse.)
This complex is located 15 minutes from both major airports in Phoenix, 20 minutes to Scottsdale and less than 10 minutes to both the Chandler Fashion Center and the San Tan Village Mall (outdoor shopping, dining and movie theatre). Many golf courses are just a short drive away including Ocotillo (10 min), Bear Creek (10 min) and Talking Stick (20 min).
The bedrooms are separated by the living/dining/kitchen area. The primary bedroom has a King bed with a Saatva King hybrid firm mattress, and the secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
