- "The hotel itself was very nice. However, our room had an awful view of rundown tennis courts and the freeway. Our room was located at the furthest wing 64##, last room before exit and the hotel was not at full capacity. If this is what Marriott reserves for Hotels.com guests someone needs to speak to them about it. All the employees were very nice and the food/drinks were good. The grounds were very pretty and we liked the trails around the hotel. If we stay again will book directly with Marriott so we get a better view with our stay."

- "Manager on duty didn’t know how to check us in. Told us the actual manager was at a function and not available so we could t check in. After we pressed them to get her on the phone she told him to just can el our reservation. We had to find other lodging after we had planned on staying there. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional. I’ll never consider this place again. HORRIBLE!" - "Traveled with family from Florida for a wedding. Not what we expected. We needed 2 bedroom and kitchen but surroundings are home depot and mostly contractors in the area. The unit had ripped carpet and wallpaper with very basic furniture. I requested my money back as soon as I went into room. Seems NOT liking the facility wasn't good enough reason for a refund. Do not recommend."

- "Did not appreciate the fact that we did not know about RoomPics booking hotels that u don’t need to book through VRBO & that the policies of the host are flexible but not VRBO we felt that it was not transparent that we were booking a hotel instead of a privately owned condo. We had it leave early & are trying to get at least 1 night of the 2 we did not stay refunded."
