- "House is terrific, though it isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues as all the bedrooms are upstairs. House is ver spacious consisting of family room, living room, dining room, well-appointed kitchen and full bathroom on the first floor. Three spacious bedrooms, laundry room as well as two additional bathrooms are upstairs. A small but nicely laid out yard with a grill, bistro set and 4 Adirondack charis around a table/firepit, make for a cozy setting. Will seek out this house for next visit to Goodyear and highly recommend it."
