The space
Private Casita that is attached to the main portion of the house. Entrance is on the left side of the house and there are no shared common areas so you can have all the privacy you would like.

Sound insulation has been added to shared walls (similar to a hotel suite - and yes, in between the walls :) for even more comfort and privacy! Control your own temperature, fan/ventilation as well since you'll have your own thermostat.

Access to the casita is on the left side of the house through the gate. You will see the private door when you pass the gate!
Driving is the most convenient way to get around in Maricopa. There is plenty of street parking but please don't use the driveway for parking :)
Other things to note
Less than 2 miles to many restaurants, shops, & markets. Harrah's casino is about a 5 minute drive away and next to all that Maricopa and the area has to offer!
You will have your own separate entrance through the left side of the house and it's completely blocked off from the main house for your comfort and privacy :)

This Quiet and Cozy Guest Home is a 1 bedroom, mini-house nested in the backyard of the main house. I’m proud to say that I’ve personally done all the renovations; fresh paint, new wooden floors, clean carpet, and a remodeled kitchen & bathroom.
You and your fur-babies also have access to relax in our spacious yard - equipped with a firepit & patio furniture!
Maricopa is a small town that continues to grown tremendously - you'll be located right in the middle of town!

This home has a private entrance through the side gate. It can sleep up to 4 guest (2 in the bedroom & 2 in the living room). The bedroom includes a queen size bed, dresser, full length mirror, and closet.
The Living room has a TV with Roku, pull out futon, and cozy accent chair.
The Kitchen is fully loaded for long stays, with an induction stove top, microwave, and fridge.
Between the Kitchen and Living Room, there's a long bar-top counter that can be used as a work space.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Kids will have a blast staying in the backyard Jail House-themed bunk room overnight while the Sheriff stands guard outside. The Jail has 4 bunk beds each with a reading light, night light, and charging stations. The Jail is equipped with wi-fi, a desk, bench, and mirror. Air conditioning and heating are provided in this glamping shed next to the Outhouse and outdoor shower. The Dairy provides sleeping for 4 more (2 in loft).
The space
The Wild West Town & Ranch Jail House includes a 2 bed/2 bath Casita with outhouses that are completely set up with sleeping quarters. The Jailhouse space has 4 bunk beds and the Outhouse (converted porta-potty) is available for guests staying in the Jail House and/or the Dairy. The Dairy will accommodate up to 4 more people. Two beds are in a loft space. Charging stations, towels, wash cloths, and pool towels provided. There is a fair walk in gravel from the outbuildings to the Casita since the whole property sits on 1.75 acres.
The pool is not heated in the winter other than solar heaters, but their performance for heating is not the best. The hot tub by the pool is fully heated and seats 4 comfortably. There is an outdoor shower available for use, or guests can use the full bathrooms in the Casita.

Guest access
The front and back doors of the Casita have smart locks. You'll be given an access code to use during your stay. The same exists for access to the horse corral/barn and the RV parking area.
A smart lock with keycode is provided for security and easy access to the Jailhouse. The Dairy has manual key access available in a lockbox by the Casita on the porch. We will send you the code to get in to both the Jail as well as the lockbox to get the key to the Dairy.
The Main House front and back patio are off limits as we have long term tenants at this house. The Bank is also locked for storage. Most everything else on the property is available for short term guests.
Other things to note
The Saloon is available for guests to hang out with a bar, air conditioning, a poker table and mini-fridge.
The General Store also has a separate air conditioner, mini-fridge, microwave oven, 2 arcade games, pool table, miniature bar, day bed, and chairs. If needed, there's additional pet stuff and children's supplies.
The Outdoor Shower is available for all guests to use before and after a swim or any time for those quartering in the Dairy or Jail. It has heated water, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
Horses and RVs can stay at the property with prior authorization and an extra nightly fee.
RVs and busses can be kept on the property for an additional fee either covered or uncovered. Discounts apply if you book nights in the Casita.
