The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the property there was also dog s*** and garbage left over from previous people who stayed. When I tried to communicate with the property management team I got no response about any issues at the house. So we were left with no internet no television pretty much everything on the property did not work and it looks like it was just used to stage photos on their ad for verbo"

It's a huge house extra spacious, the house features a kitchen with dinette, dining room, living room, one bedroom (twin beds) downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, totalling 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, a massage recliner, sitting space, a tub, shower etc.
The upper level has 2 twin bedrooms and the master a king, plus a huge foyer with exercise equipment.
It totals 8 beds plus a couch that can be converted to a full bed.
It's really spacious for big groups.

Nice that toiletries were supplied for people that forget them." - "Booked last fall for a Feb stay. A tribute band of 6 men (50+) staying for 5 shows in the Phoenix area. Here were our disappointments. 1. Only 2 towels when we arrived (more were brought the next day with apologies). 2. No bedding for the fold-out (when we asked for them, it was assumed we were sneaking in an additional guest and they were never provided) 3. The bathroom towel bar fell off the wall. 4. The (just installed) washer jumped around so much, had to hold it down to keep it from (further) damaging the drywall (yes, it was leveled). We had to do laundry each day. 5. The enormous master closet didn’t have single hanger. 6. The large patio structure is ready to fall down. Weeds were 2ft high covering the backyard. 7. On the last day, we were awakened by workers scheduled to install solar panels requiring the electricity to be shut off. The owner thought a text the night before (which I didn’t see til that morning) was sufficient notice to “make sure everyone is showered by 8am.” At no point during our final exchanges on the last day was a single apology offered, despite being wrongly accused of trying to sneak in an extra person (we actually had one less person than originally planned). The owner seemed the least concerned about customer satisfaction and no offer to compensate for the issues. He only threatened to “report me” for lying about the guest count. Just unprofessional. We’ll look elsewhere next time."
