Villa in Tranquil Gated Community, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath is located in Puerto Peñasco, just a 14-minute walk from Mirador Beach and 1.3 miles from Bonita Beach. This villa offers barbecue facilities. There's a year-round outdoor pool and guests can use free Wifi and free private parking. The air-conditioned villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with an a bath or shower. There are 6 villas for rent at Bella Sirena (Villas 1, 2, 17, 18, 19, & 20). I own or manage Villas 2, 17, 18 & 20. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom were completely remodeled in the spring of 2023. We added a wet bar with a pellet ice maker and plenty of shot, margarita and wine glasses. The kitchen was completely remodeled with GE Monogram appliances, including an induction cook top and new center island with a lot more work space. The big cantera fireplace was replaced with an upgraded entertainment area and an 84" smart TV. The dining area now seats 12, and there are 6 more stools at the center island. Last, the master bedroom was completely remodeled and a vanity table and mirror were added.

Staying in Villa Bella can be described as epic. The villa has 5 individually designed bedrooms (2 classed as master-suites), a large living space, private patio, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, a professionally equipped kitchen, and a private double garage. A/C and wi-fi are throughout.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.
Puerto Peñasco
Located in Puerto Peñasco, this villa is on the beach. The Links Golf Course and Competition Hill are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and Alto Golfo de California Biosphere Reserve. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.

The villas are amazing and the host of our home was extremely communicative. The proximity to the beach was amazing but the path leading down to the beach was extremely steep. The grounds crew is working on rebuilding the path that was affected by weather from the prior hurricane season. Our villa was stocked with plenty of beach towels, Kitchen utensils and other pantry necessities. I would say the cookware was heavily used and no longer had the nonstick coating for the frying pans. We spent time the days at the beach and early evenings at the swim-up bar. The sunsets on the beach every night were some of our favorite times of this trip!"

The property has negative-edge pools, a spa, poolside bar and grill, gourmet-food market, tennis and bocce courts and a beach fire pit. The crowd is families, couples and older vacationers. Pools are tiled dramatically in three shades of blue, and all are in the same sprawling area, dominated by a swim-up bar and daytime restaurant. Because they're on different levels, some of the pools are more private than others. Condos have one to three bedrooms, and villas range from three to five bedrooms. All have high ceilings, granite counters and arched wooden doors. Some penthouse condos and villas have wine cellars, mini offices and other fancy touches.

The hot tub and BBQ are available for an extra fee of $75 and $25 + tax respectively. These amounts include cleaning, usage, propane, etc and must be reserved and paid in advance prior to check in with at least 24-hour notice.

One bedroom with full bath, detached from main house yet still inside the securely enclosed courtyard, offers additional privacy. Direct beach access with low fenced enclosure in front to keep small dogs (two maximum allowed with additional $100 non-refundable deposit) securely inside. There is a full kitchen, if you feel like cooking, but Manny's Beach Club, Pink Cadillac, and more are all within walking distance if you don't. Attached covered patio deck with gas grill on the beachfront side offers a beautifully relaxing view of the Sea of Cortez, where dolphins and sea lions can often be seen swimming by. The Space:
La Bella Vita is a beautiful development in Playa La Jolla. Playa La Jolla is located at the end of Playa Encanto; recognized as one of the best beaches in the region. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa is multi level with the first 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and the 2nd room, kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor. There are 3 private patios as well as a pacious rooftop deck with both ocean and estuary views.

The Neighborhood:
La Bella Vita is within walking distance to the beach (just 2-5 minutes). It a beautiful, family friendly, gated community with 24 hour patrols. You can also drive and park at the beach access.

Nearby is the the Morua Estuary. The estuary is a great place to swim, fish, snorkel or kayak. You can visit the oyster farm for fresh osyters & crab tostadas (bring your own beverages).

The Encantame Resort has a cafe and high-end restaurant open to the public and there's a taco bar nearby too! If you're looking for more variety, it is a short 15 minute drive to town for ample shopping and restaurant opportunities. Sam's club and the Bodega are nearby if you wish to stock the fridge and pantry to cook in the Villa.
