- "Overall I will come back" - "The lobby was nice with a bar and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food was great all 3 times. We found the prices reasonable. The swim-up bar and snack bar were equally impressive. There were drink/snack specials throughout the day like 2 for 1 Coronas or a kilo of wings for $17. We tried the shrimp cocktail, guacamole and french fries and all were amazing. There was an area for kids in the pool and outside of they pool . They were thoroughly entertained. The DJ rocks the tunes while a few games of Tequila Volleyball were played by the adults. We opted to grab chairs and umbrella set up for us in the sand. The waiter was very attentive. The ocean was easily accessible and security was onsite to make us feel completely comfortable. We were not able to stay in the room I had been assigned because of a small mistake. The staff was courteous and prompt to find us an alternative. We were offered free breakfast buffet and drinks to compensate the error and were made to feel incredibly taken care of. We would highly recommend this resort and we usually stay at Las Palomas. We were pleasantly surprised!"

They haven't updated pictures or property description. We were sold on a 3 bedroom villa and instead, it's a 2 bedroom accommodation. 2 People had to sleep in a sofa bed that wasn't the most comfortable or clean. - "I like the size of the property and the swimming pool area was nice!" - "Everything was very nice and the house very welcoming, clean and plenty of room for everyone " - "Ok I liked the house, it was pretty at first glance and the rooms were spacious. However quickly we realized that not enough toilet paper was left behind for guest or trash bags seeing no one was coming to clean through out the stay enough of these things should have been left behind. Ok not a big deal what was a big deal was the air in one of the rooms went out. They had someone come fix it the next morning and it was working according to them. That night again it happened had it been fixed properly the first time I wouldn’t be leaving such a low review or if they reached out as they stated they would after our stay to make up for the issue. " - "I was not told that i had to stop at their office in Puerto Peñasco until we were already in Puerto Peñasco, their office is not near the property thank goodness we were shopping for groceries across the street. Lucky we didn't have to drive all the way back. The TVs did not work, the remotes didn't have working batteries, the second bathroom did not have hot water. no shampoo, only soap bars in the showers. Yes the house is spacious, clean and close to the beach and the A/C works great. i guess at the end of the day we made the best out of it. For the price we paid I was expecting a little better service and everything in full order. we left the property at 11 am and stopped in town for breakfast and I received a call saying that there was going to be a late check out fee because it was already past 12, I was annoyed as i asked during check in if we could bring the keys later on as I know we were checking out on time but their office is on the way out of town, the lady was kind enough to honour the check in on time but it was not clearly stated. We gave this a try as everything else was sold out but I think that you can get a better service for your dollars. lesson learned "
