We recently installed a professional outdoor grill and side burner ( Bull) into the outdoor kitchen. They are professional quality, with a direct connection to the gas line. Temperatures hold steady with this pro grill ...unlike typical outdoor BBQs.
We also upgraded the water filtration system by Aquasana (read below).

The pool was installed 10 years ago, saltwater, heated and twice the size of most pools in Maricopa. If you want to bring in your own music we have a Harmon Kardon portable wireless speaker .
Everything (remotes, receiver etc etc) are WELL marked so you won't have to figure it out on your own...we tell you exactly what to do to get outdoor music...and everything else. We know what it's like going into a new environment and having to adapt, so we have labeled instructions to anything that might be confusing. If you want the pool heated, look under "notes," or ask me for a quote with pool heat. We heat to 87degrees!

We have added some wonderful upgrades to this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath Maricopa, AZ home. The home itself is approx. 1800 square feet. A new (and larger than most pools in Maricopa) saltwater backyard pool was recently completed and it features a relaxing and functional baja area. The pool is large enough for a number of people to enjoy/use floaties at the same time. The surface is a pebble tech, so your feet and body will be comfortable in the pool and baja areas. The pool gets sun all day! A lovely outdoor kitchen was also installed; outdoor time can be maximized!! The home is located in an area of rambler style only homes, so there are no second story homes looking into the backyard.

Water in Arizona tends to be quite 'hard', due to mineral content. We installed an entire house filtration system by Aquasana so your skin, clothes etc can feel and look great! The entire water system in the house is filtered for such things as potential lead, ecoli, chlorine...the water in our home is safe. The system is certified by NFC International, the gold standard of water filtration.

The house itself features a kitchen / family room area with cable TV and a 55 inch Samsung Crystal UHD television. If you are preparing meals in the kitchen, you have quality sound at your disposal. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with a quality new mattress (Aireloom Plush Hybrid), a private bathroomand a new LG 45 " television. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper with Pillow Top) and bedroom #3 has two single beds.

Computer work station with desktop computer, secure WiFi with an all-in-one laser printer, copier and scanner. Perfect for the business traveler.

The house is equipped with a computer and internet/wifi. The computer is located in the den and has a great sound system...loaded with a ton of great music (Klipsch speakers) Most homes in Maricopa have a den without a door. We have installed a door, so the den is private. Expanded cable T.V. is also provided. We have a Nintendo Wii compete with balance board (for more indoor exercise options) You can connect to one of two TVs in the house.

We exterior cameras located for the driveway, side gate/fence line. The pool equipment area has a camera (please do not try to adjust the pool settings). We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera.

Prior to submitting a request, please know that we ask for a detailed explanation of your visit in your initial communication. This assures that both parties are happy with the rental decision. A minimum 2 week notice is required prior to rental.

This house boasts a spacious open concept family room/kitchen area with easy access through French doors to a large covered patio area with BBQ grill and a private backyard. The open concept living area has a large comfortable sectional sofa, a 50” HD TV, plus cable and WIFI. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a den, and a very spacious upstairs bonus room with an additional 47” TV. The large kitchen is fully-equipped with breakfast bar stools, eating area, and ample cabinet space for your entertaining needs. It features Corian surfaces and sink, a large pantry, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, plus everything needed for baking and cooking. Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen-size beds. The third has 2 twin beds. The bonus room hide-a-bed supports a queen-size bed, and the futon in the den allows for an additional single sleeping area. There is also an inflatable queen bed and a single mattress which can be setup if more sleeping area is required. All kitchen and bath towels and bed linens included.

The house is a five-minute drive to The Dukes golf course and only minutes more to The Southern Dunes golf course. You will have key access to two community pools, a catch and release fishing pond, a soccer field, as well as softball and baseball fields. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings by having a picnic by the lake or take a walk or jog along the many green-belt paths.

Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino is about 2 miles down the road with a huge complex that features a Multi-entertainment center with bowling, lasertag, and a 12-screen cinema with 3D capabilities and a play n’ win game center. The Firebird International Raceway is 15 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants, fast-food, and Walmart are all close by.

- "We stayed at this Maricopa VRBO for 13 days on a golf trip with my son and two other golf buddies!! Frank has a great property and great accommodations and was tremendous host. Plenty of room and space for the four of us as we played golf all but one day so were golfing primarily at Southern Dunes and The Duke in Maricopa for 8 of the days and Whirlwind in Chandler one day which is only 25 minutes north. The other 2 rounds we played an hour to hour and a half north at Dove Valley Ranch and Quintero. Played mostly afternoons as spent morning at the VRBO for breakfast then gone until 6:30 or later when we returned for dinner at the VRBO for four or five of the nights where we grilled as VRBO has a nice gas grill. Everything is great at this property so highly recommend it to all. Only thing I would recommend is that guests in the other upstairs bedrooms not in the master bedroom should consider bringing earplugs as the traffic noise gets quite loud early morning for light sleepers who are sleeping later. Also might consider bringing darkening eye mask as it gets quite a bit of early sunlight in the guest bedrooms. Master bedroom faces opposite direction so doesn’t get as much noise or sun on that side. Overall though everything was outstanding at this VRBO and would look to stay here again!!"
