Our vacation rental is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a gated community in Glendale, Arizona, just a short drive from popular local attractions such as the Westgate Entertainment District and the University of Phoenix Stadium. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly, with sidewalks for taking leisurely strolls and plenty of nearby parks and green spaces to explore. You'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within a few miles of the house, so you won't have to go far to find what you need. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park offers hiking and biking trails with scenic views of the surrounding desert landscape. The area is also conveniently located near major highways, so you can easily access other parts of the city or take a day trip to nearby attractions like Sedona or the Grand Canyon

Access to the rental will be provided via an August smart lock, which will allow you to enter the rental with a unique code that we will provide before your arrival.
The smart lock is easy to use and does not require any physical keys, so you won't need to worry about losing or misplacing them.
We recommend downloading the August app before your arrival so that you can easily manage your access code and lock and unlock the rental as needed.
We'll provide detailed instructions on how to use the smart lock, as well as any other features of the rental that you may need to know about.

We'll do our best to keep the pool and spa at a comfortable temperature during your stay, but we cannot guarantee specific temperatures.

Game Room: Please feel free to use the game room, but we ask that you take good care of the equipment and put everything back where you found it after use.

Sonos Sound System: Please feel free to use the Sonos sound system, but we ask that you keep the volume at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

Fire Pit: Please use caution when using the fire pit, and never leave it unattended. We recommend that you only use the fire pit in the designated area, and do not use it during periods of high fire risk.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Please feel free to use any of the appliances or cookware, but we ask that you clean up after yourself when you're finished.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Each bedroom has comfortable and luxurious bedding, and we provide fresh linens and towels for your use. We ask that you keep the bedrooms and bathrooms clean and tidy during your stay.

Air Conditioning: The house is equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking, but we ask that you conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning when you're not in the house.

Check-Out: Check-out time is at 10 am on the day of departure. Please make sure to tidy up and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. We ask that you put all dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash before you leave

As far as the bathrooms, you have beautiful high end tile and finishing's in every bathroom (4 full bathrooms). You have a soaking black tub in the master bathroom with 2 rain shower heads & a 59 inch Floating Vanity, and the other 3 bathrooms have rainfall shower heads. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. 1 of the bathrooms is downstairs on 1st level. 2 of the bedrooms are also on the first level.

Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access, and hotel quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).

We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 20,000 gallons of water for the property owner.

This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability. Beautifully furnished 2600 square feet executive style 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home perfect for those who want to pamper themselves. Our home is located in the 55+ community of Trilogy at Vistancia. It sits on the 8th hole and has its own pool for those that don't want to have to use the community pool. Lounge and entertain outside with misters surrounding the patio's two chaise lounge chairs, firepit with patio couches and chairs, and a nice outdoor built in BBQ with bar stools for guests to keep the cook company. Our home faces West, which means the backyard always seems to be the perfect temperature.

Lanai fold away doors in the family room provide for a comfortable indoor/outdoor living situation when desired. The large chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make our house your home. The kitchen appliances include a large built in refrigerator, two ovens, 1 built in microwave, a warming drawer, a gas cooktop stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen includes a huge granite island that opens to the living area with smart TV and bar area with a cocktail table. The dining room is perfect for larger, more formal gatherings and furnished with a beautiful thick Amish table with aqua epoxy inlay.

Our house has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, looks out over the backyard and golf course, and has its own large double bathroom (2 vanities, 2 toilets, 1 urinal, 1 shower and 1 bathtub) and his and hers walk in closets. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with smart TV. The third bedroom boasts a murphy bed (double), which doubles as a desk when retracted, perfect for a home office set up that can easily be converted into a bedroom when guests come to visit. The home has a large laundry room, which also has a desk area with a printer.

We are a dog friendly home. That being said, we expect our guests with furry friends to be cognizant of the fact that not all our guests come with pets. Therefore, we expect guests to clean up after their pets during their stay and prior to departure. We also expect that guests do not allow their dog(s) to swim in our pool. We know it might be tempting, but dog hair apparently negatively affects the water chemistry.

Our home has a water softener and filtration system, central vacuum, and electric shades both inside and outside. Guests are given the use of the entire house with the two car garage. The separate single car garage is for the owner's use for storage purposes.

All utilities are included up to $400/mo. for monthly renters. The house has solar panels which work well to keep energy costs down significantly. Pool service is provided weekly and pest control is provided bi-monthly at no extra charge. All utilities, including Internet and wifi, are included. There is no cable set up.

Since the house is located in a 55 plus community, and it's located in Trilogy at Vistancia, at least one guest needs to be over 55 years of age. This 5 star championship golf community offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, a fully appointed workout facility including fitness classes, indoor lap pool (+sauna), spa with hair salon, massage, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, a recreation room, bocce ball courts, library, pool tables and ping pong tables, and more! Close to shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails. Beautiful grounds for walking and extensive bike paths. Approximately 30 minutes from MLB Spring Training facilities. Just one hour from Sedona and the Phoenix Airport.

For tenants leasing 91 days or more... the rental comes with the use of Trilogy's community facilities (pool, fitness center, etc.) when purchase a member ID card for $20
(please inquire in case rate has changed), will pay the member fee rate for fitness classes and golf, will receive guest access to My Trilogy Life (Trilogy's Intranet).

For tenants leasing 90 days or less... can purchase a guest pass to use Trilogy's community pool, the fitness center, other amenities and fitness classes. Prices can change, but are typically $5/day, $20/week, $80/month for adults. Children prices are different.

Fitness classes and golf prices are different than for those who lease for more than 90 days.

Renter will be required to sign a lease agreement acknowledging receipt of HOA Rules and CC&Rs.

- "This is an AMAZING home. Situated within a lovely gated community, it's spacious, modern, beautiful and comfortable. Overlooking a pristine golf course green with a gorgeous swimming pool and water feature, this home is truly a vacation in itself. The main bathroom has a his/hers vanity "island" with sinks on opposite sides. The "his" side features a standard toilet along with a urinal. The shower is spacious and spa-like. The double walk-in closets within the bathroom are quite large. This is a DREAM bathroom. The modern kitchen is huge and features a finger touch operating faucet with tons of counter space. There's a nice office area within the laundry room for work or one of the bedrooms can be used for office space. Everything about this home is amazing! I could see renting this place for multiple months. Highly recommended."

- "Being camper owners ourselves we were very comfortable with our stay. The only issue we had was the road traffic and we wish that would have been better explained prior to arrival and renting. It would not have stopped us from renting as we simply turned on the airflow system, and it drownded out the road noise as the camper is parked very close to a major road. Other than that the stay was absolutely wonderful. The camper has a lot of nice amenities and is very spacious and clean… We were in the area to visit both the Tempe and Goodyear areas and this place was nicely located in between the two and very easy to get to any place we needed to go."
