Beautifully furnished 2600 square feet executive style 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home perfect for those who want to pamper themselves. Our home is located in the 55+ community of Trilogy at Vistancia. It sits on the 8th hole and has its own pool for those that don't want to have to use the community pool. Lounge and entertain outside with misters surrounding the patio's two chaise lounge chairs, firepit with patio couches and chairs, and a nice outdoor built in BBQ with bar stools for guests to keep the cook company. Our home faces West, which means the backyard always seems to be the perfect temperature.

Lanai fold away doors in the family room provide for a comfortable indoor/outdoor living situation when desired. The large chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make our house your home. The kitchen appliances include a large built in refrigerator, two ovens, 1 built in microwave, a warming drawer, a gas cooktop stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen includes a huge granite island that opens to the living area with smart TV and bar area with a cocktail table. The dining room is perfect for larger, more formal gatherings and furnished with a beautiful thick Amish table with aqua epoxy inlay.

Our house has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, looks out over the backyard and golf course, and has its own large double bathroom (2 vanities, 2 toilets, 1 urinal, 1 shower and 1 bathtub) and his and hers walk in closets. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with smart TV. The third bedroom boasts a murphy bed (double), which doubles as a desk when retracted, perfect for a home office set up that can easily be converted into a bedroom when guests come to visit. The home has a large laundry room, which also has a desk area with a printer.

We are a dog friendly home. That being said, we expect our guests with furry friends to be cognizant of the fact that not all our guests come with pets. Therefore, we expect guests to clean up after their pets during their stay and prior to departure. We also expect that guests do not allow their dog(s) to swim in our pool. We know it might be tempting, but dog hair apparently negatively affects the water chemistry.

Our home has a water softener and filtration system, central vacuum, and electric shades both inside and outside. Guests are given the use of the entire house with the two car garage. The separate single car garage is for the owner's use for storage purposes.

All utilities are included up to $400/mo. for monthly renters. The house has solar panels which work well to keep energy costs down significantly. Pool service is provided weekly and pest control is provided bi-monthly at no extra charge. All utilities, including Internet and wifi, are included. There is no cable set up.

Since the house is located in a 55 plus community, and it's located in Trilogy at Vistancia, at least one guest needs to be over 55 years of age. The bed was comfortable and we stayed warm with the comforter and extra blanket! The bathroom though... if you are large in stature be prepared! The shower was small, and the water pressure from the shower head was not great. Water was hot though! And there is no where inside the bathroom to set your toiletries - hair styling products, makeup, etc. although there's plenty of floor space. Units look recently remodeled, but just a few things that could have been added that would have made this much more of a pleasant experience. This review was not meant to chase people away from staying here, but just be prepared. And maybe to the owners - find a little more furniture maybe? A little kitchenette table and a couple of chairs? Put another cart or something in the bathroom? I would have used the desk/mirror in the bedroom, however, the mirror was installed so high, I could only see the top of my head. Appreciated the Keurig Coffee! Thanks."

- "Overall a good stay in this two bedroom unit. Myself and a friend were intown for an extended stay for work. The unit was comfortable and had 95% of the things we needed. Neighborhood was safe and quiet while being conveniently located to close to the down town area. Some issues with heating which the property owners worked to remedy as fast as they could." - "The pictures of the property were beautiful. But the neighborhood, and the overall condition of the property was totally different than the photographs. Roof had leaked in two places. It had rain during our stay so plaster and water was leaking through the ceiling and the crack in another area had growing larger. The unit is very dark and cold. The washer and dryer attached to the unit Hass to be shared with all the cleaning personnel for the units and all the other unit renters I would not recommend this rent."

The only negative is the Wifi in the neighborhood is very weak (at least for T mobile). It's in a newly built area. Communicaton with owner was fast and efficient, however, I have never had to call owner to receive door code to enter a home before. That was a bit clunky and unexpected. It was our last stop after a month of travel and for some reason was unable to connect via phone to check email for the information on arrival. I think phone service was spotty. I did find the phone number and connected, so all was good. The house seems larger than appeared in the photos. We enjoyed our stay and the extra room to move around in. - "The resort is kind of out on its own, yet only 40 minutes from the airport and 25 from State Farm Stadium. I thought the listing was for a two-bedroom, but it was two adjoining units, so we had way more space than we needed. The units were very clean and well-stocked. My favorite was sitting on the balcony in the morning overlooking the mountains and watching the hot air balloons in the distance. It was a little chilly, so we did not get to enjoy the resort pool, which is right in the middle of the property, but we did take advantage of the spa on site and had great service. Overall, a perfect getaway!"

The Southwestern décor of our villas and suites will inspire you to seek all the treasures this beautifully appointed resort has to offer. Explore, amazing courtyards, gardens and fountains connected with a series of inviting walkways. Work up a sweat in the resort’s state-of-the-art fitness room, then unwind at the poolside bar, or take the kids down a winding, 3-story water slide. Explore the surrounding area and the the thrill of the “Old West” on horseback at the Cibola Vista Riding Program.

Area attractions are plentiful—and they’re all within your reach. Have our concierge set up a tee time at one of the many local golf courses. Enjoy a myriad of water sports on picturesque Lake Pleasant, or travel to artsy Sedona to view spectacular red-rock formations. Get a birds-eye view of this fabled landscape from a hot-air balloon as you float over the West Valley, or opt for an exciting desert Jeep tour instead.

Construction:
02/03/2025-02/15/2025 The Lagoon pool waterslide will be closed for repairs; the pool will remain open during project.
The resort will be undergoing a paint project through 2025 & 2026. The guest buildings being painted will be out of service, there should be minimal impact to guests. There will however be visible work being done throughout different exterior areas.
