Thank you for visiting our site. This newly renovated 1 bedroom unit is in North Scottsdale near Paradise Valley, in a quiet and relaxing community. We are centrally located in the complex, away from the traffic noise, with desert mountain views from the patio. The complex has a pool, Jacuzzi, and gym room with treadmill and HD TV. The resort style pool area is equipped with 2 BBQ grills.

We are steps to walking, jogging and biking trails at the edge of the complex that go for miles through Stone Creek, and less than a mile to Orange Tree, Stone Creek and Camelback Golf Courses. Mountainside Fitness is right across the street, with access, programs and activities for a fee. We are just blocks from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and other grocery stores, restaurants and breweries.

The condo has a king size bed and a full sofa bed. Stainless steel appliances include fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave in the fully equipped kitchen. Clothes washer and dryer are also included. We have cable TV and Wifi for those nights when you just want to take it easy. Our condo sleeps up to 4 guests total.

There is a single car garage for the secure parking of one vehicle. The garage is #31 and just steps from the stairs to our 2nd floor unit. For convenience, additional surface parking is also available.

We have provided most of the things we could think of for a home away from home and hope you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Summer guests reimburse electricity cost.

Come stay at our privately gated southwestern retreat located in the heart of Paradise Valley which features resort style amenities to live the relaxed AZ lifestyle. The main house comprised of 5135 square feet. with a large Master Suite, formal entry, living & dining rooms, large and light family room with fireplace & wet bar which open up to the gourmet kitchen. The main house also features 2 additional bedrooms and a study which complete the main living spaces. Hardwood and stone flooring throughout - allergy free - no carpet! Inside the main house also has a KOI pond. It is maintained by a solar feeder, so no maintenance. Watching the fish can be a very soothing experience.

There are 2 wonderful Casitas on the property located pool side. The first is designed as a game/pool casita with kitchen, fireplace, lockers & bath. Full bath including individualized lockers. The second guest house features a bedroom, family room, wet bar and a full bath. The rear yard showcases pool/spa, fountains, fireplaces, and outdoor living room perfect for entertaining.

If you are into the fine Arts, you can browse the property with 4 sculptures of the late world famous artist Dave McGary. In front of the house is a life size sculpture “Point of No Return”. This is a famous Indian brave who staked himself down in the middle of the battle field at Little Big Horn. There are only 5 that exist. One we know is in the lobby of Home Depot Corporate office. Inside the house is a maquette of American Horse, a famous Lakota Indian chief. Also inside the residence is a life size bust of Chief Crow King another famous Indian Chief of the Sioux Tribe. He also fought in the Battle of the Big Horn. Outside by the pool is “Symphonies of the Heart” depicting the courting ritual of the Lakota Indian Tribe. A very touching piece. People have said “you don’t look at Dave McGary’s work, you live with them”. This was Dave McGary’s house before he passed on.

This property also has 12 TV’s throughout, with 2 of the TVs outside on the patio. Less than 1 mile from AJ’s Fine Food (an Arizona staple) and a short driving distance from a Safeway. A movie theatre is a short 4 minute drive from the house, located at the Fashion Square Mall.

- "Hope to visit again and stay at this condo." - "We stayed for 2 month's so our comments are based on the long term rental. The neighborhood felt super safe and the neighbors were all very friendly and open. The location is great, it is close to restaurants, shopping, Old Town etc. Very convenient. The home had great kitchen cookware and dishes. Which we have learned is not always the case. The beds were comfortable and the home had plenty of towels etc. Drew the owner was friendly and open to any issues that came up. For long term rental, it would have been beneficial to have more comfortable outdoor furniture. The outdoor furniture was as shown in the pictures, so this was something we knew going into the rental. However, the olive trees in the yard were annoying. We sweep large amounts of olives every day. Drew does have lawn service come every couple of weeks. Not sure how long they drop olives so it could be a seasonal thing. The only other comment is for long term rental, there are no side chairs, end tables or lamps in the living room. Since we are older these things would have been easier for us. However, the furniture was comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."

Our 4,500 sq ft home is centrally located in Phoenix making in a very convenient vacation spot for the entire family. With a perfect climate there is so much to do - work on your tan out by the totally private pool, go for a hike in the nearby mountains, ride a bike to the Biltmore Shopping Mall, or take up tennis at a nearby court - the options are endless. We are located at the end of a culdesac and the house behind us has a 5 acre lot so our place is extremely ravage and quiet!

- "The property is your typical barebones bachelor party spot: paper-thin walls, only half the TVs work, landscaping is just astroturf and rocks (even the sand volleyball court is filled with rocks). The only thing "nice" about the property is its proximity to Old Town and Camelback Mountain. The rest just checks the box of bare minimum for a party weekend. The host was very communicative up until check-in, then became unresponsive. Questions like "where is the BBQ you said was recently installed" and "why is there dog poop covering half the backyard" went unanswered the entire weekend of my stay. Just know what you're getting into and you'll have a fine time; hopefully they knock the price down because my stay was more expensive than what it delivered."

Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access, and hotel quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).

The front yard features a putting green, perfect for enjoying a game of golf with friends and family. The shared laundry room, located in the back, has a washer and dryer that are free to use.

Each unit is private and has its own living spaces with private entrances. If you are interested in booking both units for groups of 16+ guests, please send inquiries on availability.

To access the property, you will be given a unique code for the front door. This code will be sent to you prior to your arrival and will allow you to enter the property at your convenience.
