As you pull up to this Desert Home you will be drawn in by the private gated drive and luxury home that is beaming with curb appeal. Fully stocked kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counters that opens up the main living area. Main living area has large sectional for movie night or to watch the big game as well as a large dining table to gather around. Home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests with as many as 11 beds available. Four very large bedrooms with multiple sleeping options in each. The outdoor patio has a dining area and grill; a perfect place to have a glass of wine and watch Four Peaks mountain change colors from oranges, to pinks and purples at sunset.

Our condo is a bright and airy 2nd floor unit with 20 ft ceilings recently redecorated and refurnished. It is a short walk to the famous fountain park, downtown shopping and restaurants. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, expanded cable and wireless internet, while the adjoining dining room has seating for 6. The master suite has a king size bed with large walk in closet and the master bath has a separate vanity area. The guest room has a queen size bed with large closet. Reclining sofa and chairs, well stocked kitchen, cookware - even Tupperware for leftovers!! We prepared several meals during our stay and had no issues with not having proper anything! All the beds are comfortable and bedrooms tastefully decorated. Nice pillows too! The 3 full baths were very nice to have as well! The backyard, patio, outdoor kitchen and, of course pool, were exceptional. The misters are a definite benefit! The jacuzzi was clean and a nice spot on our late nights with soft music and conversation. We had such a good time - we extended our stay 2 more days- we didn’t want to leave!!! We purchased and updated the Gunsight Condo to use as our getaway home. We loved the location to town and walking distance to the Famous Fountain. The porch views look like a picture postcard. We enjoy it in the morning while leisurely drinking our coffee or in the evening hours eating or entertaining friends.
The pool and jacuzzi are steps away from the front door and provide a great ending to an active day... total relaxation!
Fountain Park is walking distance from the condo and provides a beautiful trail and picnic area. Peaks Athletic Club is also walking distance and allows short term passes for use of the facilities.

This is our second home and we have furnished it with quality appliances and amenities. It will be used for holidays, get-aways, scheduled doctor visits to Mayo, hub for traveling and entertaining family and friends. Our One Bedroom two bathroom condo is located in the prestigious Fountain Hills just minutes from the downtown core and world famous "fountain". Extremely clean and tastefully furnished with southwest style furniture to make you feel comfortable and at home. As soon as you walk in you will love the open concept kitchen and living room, tons of natural light from the east facing spacious patio with pool and mountain views, a spacious mater suite featuring a king size bed and walk-in closet, two spacious full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Unit comes fully equipped with all furnishings, linens, two TV's including basic TV and wifi, and a pull out sofa bed in the living room area in case you have some extra guests staying. Please note - the condo is located on the second floor with no unit above, however you must walk up one set of exterior stairs to access the unit.

Guests will have access to the pool and spa located just downstairs to the unit and there is also a BBQ area just on the other side of the pool. There are several walking and hiking trails within minutes of the property as well. There is one reserved covered carport parking space that you are free to use, if you have an additional vehicle or guests there is ample street parking available free of charge.

The Fountain runs at the top of the hour, every hour and there is a sidewalk which surrounds the park which is lined with beautiful sculptures. There is also a desert garden with labeled varieties of cactus and flowering plants. Please enjoy this unique fountain attraction, in addition there are restaurants, frozen yogurt, a coffee shop and a delightful gift shop among other shopping choices in this delightful downtown.

Guests have access to the entire property. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note
We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $1,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If police are called due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the property, and we charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. Please contact us directly for more details.

We ask you to please respect check-in and check-out times. You can request an early check-in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 pm, and an additional $100 fee for 8 am to 12 pm). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. When heated, the pool is on a timer that will keep the pool between 82 and 85 degrees from 10 am to 6 pm, and the spa can be used thereafter (please note only one can be heated at a time, so if you turn on the spa heat while the pool is heating, the pool heat will turn off.) Variations in the temperature may occur.
**If the pool or spa heat is turned on at any point without prior payment, you will be charged the fee mentioned above for the duration of your stay. If that fee is not paid immediately, heat for the pool or spa will not be available for your stay.**

The kitchen could use a few more items stocked such as a set of coffee mugs, set of wine glasses, set of smaller glass tumblers. Otherwise was a very nice stay, good location & price."

Next store neighbors do not make much noise, if any, and everyone is super friendly.
