- "This is a very clean, compact, quiet, safe unit reasonably well equipped for a short-term rental. Check-in was very easy. For us, the location was inconvenient because we were visiting folks in another part of town, but we knew that beforehand and do not mean that observation as a criticism. Where the picture shows a tall red hutch in the living room, that is where the television and internet connection now are. Too, the floor plan on VRBO is different than there actual one, but not in any material respect at all other than, I suppose, the external patio, which in the actual unit is very small and square - probably 5' x 5' - versus the longer, rectangular one in the photograph. Nevertheless is was a very pleasant place to sit and have coffee and read the paper in the morning or enjoy a glass (or two) of wine in the evening. The I/N was excellent. The television was Roku, which we don't particularly like, because instead of the host paying to enable guests to enjoy a range of channels, guests have to have their own streaming subscriptions. While not that big a deal, it is a petty irritant given the nightly rate, particularly given that we are definitely "senior citizens" and not that facile with all of the technology involved. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom satisfactory, and the kitchen functional. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures and, at least for us, to occupy the unit as two couples would be a mistake - it is really best suited for one couple. Neither bedroom had a dresser, but both had closets with adequate hanging and shelving space for unpacking all of the clothing and other materials we brought with us. The HVAC was very powerful. Good, on the one hand, as when we needed to cool things down it happened very quickly; but, on the other hand, noisy. So at night we simply turned it off and opened the windows. There are no traffic or other noises to bother one at night if the windows are open. As seems to increasingly be the case, despite there being a "cleaning fee". there was a list of "cleaning" things we were expected to do as guests. However, they weren't onerous and took us maybe 15 minutes. We try to walk 2x daily. For those who do, walking along Campbell Avenue towards the mountains was safe (good sidewalk) and scenic, as was walking the loop Table Mountain Road takes through the adjoining subdivision, a very nice 1.2+/- mile stroll. We would willingly return to this property."

This Spanish style hacienda has 6000 feet of living space on 4 acres along a gently sloping ridge. Most of the inside is on one level with two steps down to a bath and two to the fourth bedroom.

The outside follows the contour of the ridge with three steps up to the garage and eight steps down to the pools.

We are close to up-scale restaurants and shopping and regional farmer's markets, yet in a private, relaxed setting.

The interior has carved wooden doors, leather and upholstered furniture, concert semi grand piano, original fine art, 3 interior working fireplaces, one is wood-burning, two feature gas logs. Large picture windows showing off stunning views of the Catalina Mountains or the lush pool area.

The well appointed kitchen is in the center of the home, with breakfast nook, library, living and dining room surrounding. The library has a game table and chairs, gas fireplace, and 55" HD TV.

The 3 large master bedrooms each with its own king size bed and bath, are at opposite ends of the house, making them ideal for any grouping of guests. Two of the baths have a jacuzzi tub, the third has a tub/shower combination. An additional small bedroom has twin beds and a full bath with shower. One of the king beds can easily be separated into twins.

There are 2 additional HD TVs, wine cooler, gas cook top, microwave, washer/dryer, whole house drinking water filtration system. Outdoor barbecue, covered seating areas with gas fireplace, tables and chairs for your enjoyment.

The large pool area, with zero edge pool surrounded by mature palm trees is separated from the house by gates and or a door alarm. If requested, the pool can be heated for an additional charge.
Our newest addition is a glorious Hot Spring brand SPA. It accommodates five to six people with lots of jets and three motor speeds to please everyone. You are going to love it. Obviously it is covered for safety with a very easy to open cover. The price of the heated SPA is included in the rent.
There are also two cozy enclosed outdoor courtyards each with table and chairs. A large outdoor ramada with gas log fireplace is a good place to sit by the fire on cool evenings or rainy days.
All this is surrounded by expansive natural vegetation where other desert residents including javelina, coyote, bobcat, rabbits, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, and quail can be seen at times.
The nightly tax of 12.05% is not applicable for reservations of 30 nights or more. Please keep that in mind when selecting your dates.
For guest number 7 and 8 there is an additional fee of $75.00 each per night.

Beautiful 1 bedroom villa with 10' ceilings and lots of light. Gorgeous mountain views from inside as well as the patio.This home has a king size bed and a super single roll-away bed. Double closet in bedroom, formal dining table seats up to 6 , large living area with a comfy sofa facing the mountains views and a lot of space to move around, a oversized desk that pulls out as large as a dining table in case your on a working trip. Gorgeous galley kitchen with full size cooktop stove/oven & microwave. Large bathroom with a shower and a full size stackable washer/dryer. Patio has a BBQ. There is a separate yard for your furry friends. Villa has its own driveway and parking area. All of this is located in a very peaceful neighborhood yet within a mile or less to anything you need. Trader Joe's, Marshalls, Walmart, Fine dining, hiking trails etc.

It has a fenced yard and the covered patio is shaded the whole day. It worked well for leaving my dog when I was playing golf. Located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and several golf courses are within 15 minutes. I would stay here again."
