The small outdoor patio was neglected, the lounge chair cushions need replacement, patio chair seats left our clothing black, outdoor plants had black water attracting mosquitos, and screen door was so ripped up so we couldn't open the main door for fresh autumn air. There was NO public hot tub as advertised and the Firepit didn't work. The only communication we received from property management was a canned response and they offered no assistance. - "Nice property in west Sedona. I've stayed at this property twice now because I enjoy the quieter side of town, but still in close proximity to downtown and all the amenities. More importantly you can hike and bike right from your front door on two lesser trafficked trail networks.
