- "We stayed in January during a few inches of snow and cold temps. The property did an excellent job of maintaining sidewalks around the property. Breakfast options were better than I expected and we appreciated onsite breakfast, 24 hour coffee, etc while waiting out the snow. The room was a little dated but clean and had what we needed for night. The jacuzzi tub was a nice perk and worked great. The wall unit was loud but the heat worked great. Mattress was extra firm and pillows weren’t the greatest. Would not want to spend more than a couple nights here but it worked great as a last minute place to stay for us and I would stay again. "

Welcome to the Hyatt Residence Club, Pinon Pointe resort in Sedona. My wife and I can't make it to our fractional ownership unit, so need to rent out our studio unit from March 19-23. Unfortunately these dates can't be changed or separated. The unit is a studio and is approx 350 Sq Ft and can comfortably fit 2 adults and 1 child. You will have access to the resorts amenities including the swimming pool and fitness center. The room does have a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster).
