In our 7 day stay, we, as a family, voted on two days of rest and relaxation. We were able to experience our first snowfall along with a few others at the cabin which is huge for a bunch of Floridians. Munds Park is a WONDERFUL community and lends itself to enjoyment year round! The same can be said for snow mobiling on the same roads during winter!

My husband and I decided to have a small family reunion with our 4 kids, their spouses/significant others, and our 2 grandchildren as a Mother’s and Father’s Day gift to each other. Any blips we had were easily rectified because Ivy and Tad are great hosts who communicate efficiently with their guests. We loved that we could walk to Kota’s Coffee Shop fairly quickly and could take walks around the neighborhood in the cool mountain air. We utilized the game room almost every night playing pool and dominoes and just visiting. The bedrooms are comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked. I don’t hesitate to give this listing a 5-star review from top to bottom!"

Relax with the whole family in our charming log cabin in Munds Park! The cabin sits on a large treed lot with a seasonal creek, beautiful ponderosa pines and in the fall, colorful oak trees. Enjoy the cool fresh morning air and crisp nights.

The cabin is just 2 hours from Phoenix, 20 minutes to Flag, 2 hours to Antelope Canyon/Page, 45 minutes to Sedona, 30 minutes to Snowbowl and an hour and half to the Grand Canyon. All of which makes the perfect home base to enjoy lots of exploring and adventuring!

Coco's is a modern A-frame cabin where guests have access to the entire place. From large chalet windows and doors to hardwood floors throughout. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The full restroom is on the main floor. The cabin sleeps 6, but we do have an air mattress that can accommodate 1 more.

The primary suite has 1 has one king bed, a tv with Direct TV access and is on the main floor.
Guest room 2 has a queen bed and is on the main floor.
Guest room 3 is in the loft and has a queen bed, tv and is upstairs.

The loft is a shared space that is upstairs, with guest room 3 but also has a large sectional for entertaining or simply relaxing. This is the perfect area to watch a movie or play a game.

The cozy kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for you, including a hot coco bar! I also proudly provide Starbucks K-pods and creamer.

Outside offers Munds Park front porch sitting and outback has a beautiful deck with a table and Weber grill to make a perfect meal! We also have a fire pit to roast up some delicious s'mores or lounge in the hammock in the trees. This is one of the few cabins that has central AC and heat and a wood burning fireplace.

Quiet hours in the park are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do have full time neighbors so we do ask that our guests respect the quiet hours.

No events or parties are allowed at the cabin.

At Coco's Cabin we do love animals but we do NOT allow any type of animal. Due to allergies we are a hypoallergenic home. Please do not send me a message asking if we allow pets as we do not but there are lots of cabins in the area that do. We love all animals but I want to be respectful of all my guests and their health concerns and allergies. If an animal is reported or seen, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and possible extra cleaning fees will be applied.

No smoking of any substances inside the cabin, including incense and candles. In the event it is found, a deep cleaning fee will be applied.

The cabin is about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store in Flagstaff. Instacart delivers to Munds Park if you would like to have your groceries delivered after you check in. You will want to plan accordingly however, the local gas station does have a mini-mart with a large supply of necessities.

I do have a second home in the park and I am usually there on the weekends and most holidays for all your questions and concerns.

This mountain chalet sits tucked into a spacious lot. Downstairs is an open floor plan that is newly updated with a modern kitchen and living area that sports vaulted ceilings and a large flat screen for movie night. The large windows and doors out onto the deck make for a Summer breeze and lots of natural light. The open stairs lead up to the loft area and Master Bedroom. The loft has a fun foosball table as well as a Queen futon for additional and flexible sleeping options for your group. The Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with a King bed, desk and work area and a wall mounted TV. The two guest bedrooms are on the first floor entry level, one with a Queen and the other with a Double/Twin bunk with a pull out twin trundle. There is an additional guest bath on the first floor.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Our newly designed chalet cabin was fully updated in 2022.

The space-
• The kitchen will satisfy the chef in the family! It features stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, traditional style coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and other kitchen essentials.
• Seating for 8 at the rustic dining room table and more at breakfast bar.
• We also have additional seating behind the brand-new sectional.
• Speaking of sectionals…cozy up with our electric fireplace on our new black Nate & Jeremiah sectional that wraps around the TV. It seats 6 comfortably & is an excellent place for naps!
• Two of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a lounging chair, a streaming TV (bring your own passwords), and a bathroom.
• The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with a cozy comforter, streaming TV, and a desk for those needing to do a little work while visiting. We have been told our internet is one of the fastest in Munds Park.
Note- both bathrooms are located on the first floor. There aren't any bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
• The loft upstairs is considered our game loft. You & the kids will enjoy an X-Box 360 gaming system, board games and a streaming TV. On the other side of the loft, you will enjoy a 2-person arcade game with tons of games like Pacman, Donkey Kong & more.
• There are two bedrooms upstairs.
• The first upstairs bedroom is the tent room with 2 double beds and a special reading nook with various books for kids 5+. And in the closet, you will find a variety of games & puzzles sure to keep the kids busy & off their phones. Not traveling with kids…adults will also find this room very comfortable.
• The second upstairs bedroom is equipped with another streaming TV and a king-size bed.
• The Knotty Pine chalet is recommended for kids 5+ as it is not child-proof, the stairs are steep, and we have a bar area with lots of breakables.
• Need to do some laundry while here? A washing machine and dryer are available. In addition, we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.
• Need some family bonding time…you will love our outdoor deck area with plenty of seating, a propane heater, and a propane grill. This outdoor deck may be where you'll want to spend most of your time. You will have family fun playing corn hole in our side yard. Then, wind down on the deck at night with a glass of wine and enjoy our propane fire pit while stargazing.
• If hiking is your passion, trails are right outside your door. Love a little adventure… ATVs to rent. Like to play some slots while visiting… we are only 30 minutes away from Cliff Castle Casino. At the Knotty Pine, it's ALL here…you cannot find a better family vacation in a better place at a better cabin. The Munds Park golf course is reasonably priced for all golf lovers.

She game some excellent recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area with kids. Beautiful chalet in excellent location near trails and a lake. Chalet has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Master bedroom has its own balcony and the chalet has access to the roof overlook with amazing panoramic views that are truly breathtaking. Master bedroom has a king bed and other two bedrooms have queen beds. The chalet can sleep a total of 8 persons with use of two additional portable beds in loft area. Additional studio apartment that sleeps 4 is included. The studio has a separate enterence and full kitchen and bath.

Situated just one block from The Matterhorn in the heart of uptown Sedona, our beautiful 2-story, 2-bedroom Chalet features two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a game room, and a laundry room.

Upon entering this thoughtfully crafted Chalet, you will be welcomed by an open concept living space adorned with modern furnishings and accents. The living room beckons you to relax by large windows that frame stunning views of Sedona's red rock landscapes, allowing the beauty of nature to become an integral part of your indoor experience.

The first bedroom, boasting a king bed, is conveniently located on the first floor, while the second bedroom, also with a king bed, is situated in the loft area. The game room adds a playful touch with a pullout queen trundle bed, a foosball table, and ample gathering space for entertaining game nights. Finally, the spacious front patio provides a charming setting with a table for eight and a barbeque.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.

- "Beautiful getaway. Serene and beautiful place" - "This chalet was such a gorgeous place to stay. We had untethered access to contact our Property Manager, Tyler who was absolutely pleasant. We arrived real late around Midnight or so and Tyler didn't make us feel like a burden waiting up for us to arrive. The view is impeccable, porch is such an amazing place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The main street is literally a 2 minute walk from the chalet. Quiet, private and amazing facilities. The game room was very cute and amenities were incomparable. I plan on suggesting this venue to any family and friends that plan on staying in Sedona. Everything was extremely close. Slide Rock was a 15 min drive and all top rated Sedona eateries just minutes away by FOOT! There was a total of 7 of us that stayed and we were all extremely comfortable, with more than enough space. The backyard area was lovely and bathrooms were immaculate. Such a modern feel in the Sedona oasis!"

Decorated for the holiday season, this beautiful mountain Chalet provides a spacious 2 level floor plan with vaulted ceilings, large windows, fantastic views, and a large game room!! The non-smoking home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 on main floor and 1 in the lower level), and sleeps up to 8 people. This lovely cabin is just 20 miles south of Flagstaff, 30 miles east of Sedona, and 90 miles from the Grand Canyon!

Treat yourself to mountain views and fresh air at Campfire 80, a shelter from the hectic life of the city. Located in Munds Park, just 120 miles North of Phoenix, enjoy the Coconino National Forest which is just a block from the cabin with meandering hiking trails.

Flagstaff is 20 minutes away, Sedona is 30 minutes East, and Grand Canyon National Forest is 90 miles from the cabin.
Enjoy Sedona's famous red rocks where there are spectacular views, spas, hiking trails, shops, restaurants, and art galleries.
Northern Arizona University (NAU) or the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff is nearby. Go to the theatre, attend a concert, or visit a museum. Ski and snowboard at Arizona Snowbowl (27 miles north), Ride the Polar Express on the Grand Canyon Railway and see if the bell still rings for you!

After a long day of fun, come back home where you'll feel welcomed with all the amenities you'll need to relax and revive. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need from microwave, silverware, coffee maker, cups, glasses, pots, pans, plates, toaster, and blender. The dining room table will easily seat 6-8 people for meals. Want to BBQ dinner? Enjoy the stainless steel propane BBQ.

And what about evening home entertainment? Your family will enjoy TVs in every room, a shuffleboard, board games, DVD’s, Xbox 360, and wireless internet. Keep cool in summer enjoying the Munds Park breezes, a/c, and ceiling fans in almost every room or sit outside on the huge deck. After a long day of winter snowmobiling or snowshoeing, get toasty warm in the lovely great room around the large stone wood burning fireplace.

Is it time to snuggle in for the night? There are two bedrooms on the main floor, which sleep up to 4, and one bedroom suite downstairs. The downstairs bedroom suite has a queen size bed and a trundle that can be used as 2 single beds or converted to another queen bed. Three bathrooms mean no hassles for that morning shower! The third room suite on the lower level, which sleeps 4 people, is perfect for the older kids or the second family looking for their own space. Your Chalet includes all linens, (sheets, towels, etc.) as well as a baby gate for the stairs.

Whether you are bringing your ATV, Snowmobile or family, with multiple cars, there is parking on the cement pad for up to 3 vehicles. Arizona Snowbowl is northwest of Flagstaff. Daily lift tickets are approx. $100. There is sledding west of Flagstaff at Wing Mountain Recreational Area.
