Our home is perfect for a couple or small family with the queen bed downstairs and a temperpedic sofa bed in the living area. Easily sleeps four designated parking spots - please follow the parking rules to keep from being towed. If your car is too large to use one of the designated spots, a parking hang tag is available for use during your stay. we are in 'boulder and available by phone Downtown Telluride is full of shopping, bars and restaurants steps outside our front door. The Gondola is a block away. You won't need a car once you get here ! you can walk anywhere from our home.

Next to the Village Core and the Peaks Hotel, these lower level accommodations include a primary bedroom with an en suite bath, a great room with floor to ceiling curtains containing a separate sleeping area with a full size queen bed and a large, full bath with a 4 person steam shower. It also has a wall-mounted TV and a king size comfort sleeper which is an high-end, king size bed. This wonderful, lower level accommodations also have two patios, one is furnished with an outdoor grill & wrought iron dining table and the other is adjacent to the primary bedroom and it has upholstered outdoor furniture for reading and relaxing.

These lower level accommodations have parking right outside your door.

In the winter, we provide ski and boot storage at the Peaks Hotel ski valet for ski-in, ski-out access for everyone in your group! You can ship your luggage and ski equipment in advance and we'll arrange to have it delivered on your day of arrival. We provide a dining guide and maps and will help you get acquainted with Telluride and Mountain Village.

In the winter, walk a few steps to the ski valet at the Peaks Hotel where they will hand you your pre-warmed ski boots from the heated boot storage, step into your skis and you're off! You never have to carry your skis from arrival through your departure.

The Peak's valet offers FREE hot chocolate and hot cider all day and will tune your skis overnight (for a small fee) so they are ready for you, sharpened and waxed in the morning.

Ski Butlers will arrange to delivery and pick up your rental skis as a part of our service and you get a 20% discount through us. This also gives you an opportunity to demo this seasons newest ski and boarding equipment.

After you're done skiing, step out of your skis, change into your walking shoes and enjoy apres ski at the Peaks Hotel and when you're done, you're just steps from your residence.

The fitness center at the Peaks has a 25 yard lap pool, indoor/outdoor pool with water slide, separate indoor and outdoor hot tubs, co-ed sauna and steam room, weight room, cardio room, pilates room, climbing wall and lots more. The separate private locker rooms for both men and women each have steam, saunas and roman baths. (Additional charge for use of the fitness center, but no charge if you get a massage.)

No car is necessary for three reasons.
#1 - you're right in the core and you have ski-in and ski-out access at the Peaks ski valet
#2 the FREE gondola takes you into Telluride from 7:00 am until midnight, every day or until 2:00 am on festival weekends.
#3 - Dial-a-ride provides FREE limousine service from the condo to anywhere in the village. Simply call 970.728.8888 and give them access code AX8843

These lower level accommodations are in the best location adjacent to the village core so you never have to wait in line at the market Gondola. This important difference means you don't need dial-a-ride to get to the lifts or to the core. YOU'RE THERE! Don't be fooled by the many condos that advertise themselves as 'right next to the parking lot gondola'. Those can be inconvenient because that gondola station has a line every morning and every afternoon that can be as long as 40 mins to get to the lift ticket office, ski school or just to go into the charming town of Telluride at night vs this condo is 2 mins away by foot.

- "First of all - disregard any negative reviews you see on this rental ! I was there with my son and daughter-in-law and this condo couldn't have been better at fitting our needs. it is nicely furnished, great bathrooms & showers and comfortable beds. It is just a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the gondola down to Telluride. There are 2 lovely patios nicely furnished. I love the fact that it is downstairs right off the street so there aren't any stairs to climb. The owner couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. The only downside I found is that the kitchen has no stove, but a 2 burner hot plate, which is fine for what we needed, but the sink and refrigerator take up so much space there is not enough "work space". My suggestion to the owner would be to make some sort of cover for about half of the large farm house sink. I would definitely stay there again."

If you want the perfect ski-season or off-season getaway, then look no further! This four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath freestanding log home has private ski in and ski out access on the Sundance Ski Run and spectacular views of the San Sophia Ridge. Tastefully decorated with four decks and four levels, high-end touches include a hot tub and sauna.

On the main level, the fully-equipped, renovated open kitchen has stainless steel Bosch appliances, cherry wood cabinets, granite counters and a breakfast bar that seats two. The adjacent dining area can comfortably seat eight and has French doors leading to a deck with a gas grill.

The living room has cathedral ceilings and large west-facing windows, flat-screen TV and a gas fire place -- with two couches, it's a cozy place to relax and take in the breathtaking sunsets at the end of the day.

There's also a half bath on this level and access to the attached one-car garage that has racks for hanging skis and a boot dryer.

Down one flight of stairs is the private outdoor hot tub and two guest rooms with queen beds which give out onto a deck. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The third guest room has two pairs of bunk beds, perfect for any kids or teens in the group. There's an additional full bathroom on this level as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer.

One floor below is the family room with a pull-out couch, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a collection of books. The large sauna is on this level and there is another full bathroom.

The master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and a private deck is on the upper level. The master bath has double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. There's a big walk-in closet and an office area on the mezzanine with a desk.

There is wireless internet throughout the house and cable television, including Apple TV for guests who have an account. All beds have new high-quality linens and there are towels and hair dryers in every bathroom, as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so you don't have to bring those with you.

Located in the residential Lodges on Sundance Association in Upper Mountain Village, the home is a short walk to the grocery store and the free gondola that goes to the base of Mountain Village and the town of Telluride. The Space:
This two-story custom-built log cabin (with garage suite) is the perfect place for families and groups who enjoy being near the ski-town action, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet privacy of the mountains. The main house entry level features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, ski room, and primary bedroom with ensuite grotto-like bathroom with an oversized tub* and shower surrounded by river rocks and heated floors, and amazing views of the surrounding landscape.

Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms, 2 that share a bathroom and another primary room that has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also another large living space with a TV and fireplace. The garage suite features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living space, and a kitchenette. Balconies wrap around the entry level of the main house to provide exceptional views of the San Sophia Ridge, which can also be enjoyed from the private hot tub.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the home using a smart lock. The code will be provided the morning of check-in. The home is ski-in/ski-out and will require a ski pass that guests will purchase separately from the Telluride Ski Resort.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Telluride’s beautiful Mountain Village, this home is near everything that the area has to offer, from world class skiing and biking, to fantastic restaurants and shopping. Mountain Village offers a free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service into town, providing easy access to all attractions. Your group will love being tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering you the privacy and seclusion of an alpine retreat, while still being located near the lifts and only a 3-minute drive from the parking lot gondola.

This home is ski-in/ski-out and located on the Double Cabin run. It's on Lift 10, the Sunshine Express.

Getting Around:
We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the house, as the parking lot gondola is about a 3 minute drive away. All of Mountain Village and Telluride are walkable though if you prefer! The main gondola is free and directly connects Mountain Village to Telluride.

Other Things to Note:
1) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: overlooking the garage, front door, ski path and all entrances.

2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

3) Other notes about the home:
- The primary bathroom tub is under renovation and is unavailable for guest use at this time. The shower in that bathroom is in full working order.
- This home is not kid-friendly; children under 8 years old are not permitted.

This home has 3 king bedrooms & 3.5 baths, Very Important Disclaimer: Ceiling heights are 6'7" in some areas of home so someone taller than 6'6" can not stay at this home.

Primary Bedroom: 3rd level suite, connected bathtub, shower, suite closet with twin pull out sofa.

2nd floor Bedroom 1:King Bed, connected bathroom shower with steam room.

2nd floor Bedroom 2: King Bed, connected bathroom shower.

1st floor bonus room: Twin bed, bathroom shared with powder room, no shower.

Outside patio. Hot Tub is serviced weekly. Huge lawn to enjoy the views. The heavily wooded property is surrounded by over 20 acres of protected property. Go for a hike or snowshoe right from the front door.


The home is built into the slope of the mountain to retain the earth’s natural thermal heat. The large windows face south to capture the southern sun exposure which heats the flooring. Powered blinds are in each window.
The design allows the home to be sunny and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The home is made from timber-frame, post & beam construction with roughhewn cedar and glass exterior.

Main Level: dining area has a table for 8 and large seating on the kitchen counter. Full-size kitchen has a 36" Viking Stove with skillet, dishwasher, garbage disposal. A bonus room/ office/ twin bed and a half bath and laundry room round out the first level.

Middle Level: The middle level has a mezzanine office, a private bedroom and a fishbowl bedroom each with their own bath. Steam shower located in one bedroom. The fishbowl bedroom has blinds but no interior windows making it soundproof.

Top Level: The Top level consists of the primary suite. A king size bed and a closet/ room and a twin pull out sleeper.

Guest access
The entire property and new for September 2023 full use of the garage.
