Guests have access to all common areas on the second floor, including the kitchen, living area, dining area, office, and two shared bathrooms. You'll have a private room with a queen bed, dresser, television, and closet, but the common spaces are great for meeting fellow travelers if desired.

There are also two decks on this level to soak up the amazing views Ridgway has to offer.

This cute and cozy a-frame is on a 50 acre semi-primitive campground just outside the historic Colorado mining town of Rico. Fish, ride or walk along the full mile of Dolores riverfront on the property, or head into town. Drive ~35 minutes to Telluride to take advantage of world-class outdoor recreation, dining, and festivities. Pet's are welcomed on the ranch for an additional fee of $25/dog. Wifi is available for an additional $5/day - please contact the host for access.

The space
The ranch was the site of a sawmill in the early 1900s when the old Rio Grande Southern and Galloping Goose Railroads ran through the property along the Dolores River. All that’s left now is a little shack in the middle of the meadow and some remnants of the railroad tracks in the river.

Guest parking is located to the left when you drive through the gate. All accommodations are accessible by a short walk or bike. We also have staff on-site that can assist in escorting you and your gear.

Lawless Rico is a boutique, loft-style property located in the heart of the San Juan Mountains in the eclectic hamlet of Rico, Colorado. The Blackhawk Room has an adult-sized bunk bed with a queen over queen set up, a ceiling fan, dresser and sitting area. Besides their own private room, guests have access to the shared library, full kitchen, and dining areas and two full baths located throughout the property.

Located in the iconic Dey Building built in 1892, Lawless Rico is a fully remodeled top-level property that spans the entirety of this infamous southwestern Colorado landmark. Built from local stone and timbers and in the fashion of Georgian architecture, this building showcases the craftmanship of a bygone era. Brightly decorated, and updated studio, in Telluride's Historic District , 1 block to Telluride's main street, for dining, nightlife and shopping. The east views are spectacular to the surrounding peaks. Historic building may affect the noise sensitive. An easy walk to music festivals, and The Gondola. The free local circular bus route is also 1 block from the doorstep. Parking pass comes with unit.

Miner's Union is in a super location in family residential neighborhood, down the street from Town Hall. One block from Colorado Ave. (Main St.), and pleasant walk to festival grounds. Fantastic views.

The building contains 12 units, most of which are owned by locals. The pitter patter of little feet, both human and canine can sometimes be discerned by some. Ear plugs in night stand for sensitive sleepers. Laundry on first floor off main entrance. Stairs from the street level to the front door and more stairs to the second floor.

My place is close to great views, hot springs,restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Only 4 miles from Ouray in a quiet and peaceful setting in the pines. Enjoy sitting on our front porch and taking in the views and having coffee as the sun comes up over the mountains.

There is a couch and recliner in your suite with a big window to enjoy the view.You can also use the outside deck to relax and watch the stars and enjoy the peacefulness after a long day of hiking, jeeping or sightseeing

You will have a small fridge and microwave in your room for your personal use. You will receive Wifi info on arrival.
You may not use the lake or surrounding common grounds of the subdivision, but are free to walk around our space and use of our driveway and parking area next to our house. There are steps to get up to the deck and inside the house.
