You have to walk down the drive, across the street and there is a path between buildings that leads to a run just above the snow flake lift. Snowboards have to walk that whole path, skiers have to pole. Then to get back there is no easy way. To get to the same trail you have to take the snowflake cat track a long way! Snowboards have to walk most of it. Skiers have to pole a good portion. Not good for beginners or kids. The next closest takes you to the bottom on the snowflake lift. Which leaves you to walk a good distance uphill either on the street or up the run. We ended up waiting for the bus to get us up the hill. Coming back was exhausting every time! Then you gotta go up stairs to this 3rd floor condo. The heated floors are great. The freezer is against the wall so you can’t open the door the whole way. The sheets on the king bed were the wrong size and didn’t reach from head to toe but did go from side to side-very weird. The guest bathroom had almost no water pressure so we all used the master bath."

The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

The space

The space is a chef's delight, with every inch newly renovated and boasting sparkling countertops that are complemented by an array of glassware, dishware, and cooking utensils, all at your disposal. State-of-the-art appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, anticipate your every culinary need.

Mealtimes transform into memorable gatherings as you serve your creations either at the sleek countertop bar that seats four or the robust wooden dining table set for six, each space inviting conversations that linger long after the last bite.

Sink into the brand-new couch, framed by inviting side chairs, creating an enclave of comfort in the living area. The second bedroom, with a welcoming Queen bed, boasts access to another large, full bath across the hall, remodeled to pamper and relax your ski-weary muscles. Designed with flexibility in mind, the unit also includes a Queen sofa sleeper, allowing up to six guests to slumber in comfort.

Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

And for those moments when relaxation is your pursuit, the Upper Village Pool Complex beckons with and indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, hot tubs and a sunbathing area, available seasonally (Subject to spring and fall closure periods).
