In the winter, the Snowflake lift is pretty much across the street from the top of the parking lot. In the end of the day, ski back down to the condo via Lower Sawmill. Parking. Free outdoor parking for one car.

Wi-fi. Free basic wi-fi through Dish Network is provided.

Washer and Dryer. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer at the property.

The condo is only three blocks from historic Main Street, with all shops and restaurants.

Ski-In Ski-Out. Snowflake lift is less than a block from the condo. It would take you to Peak 8. At the end of the day, you can ski all the way back to the condo via the Four O'Clock Ski Run (weather/snow permitting). Alternatively, there is a bus less than one block away that would take you to the Gondola. The bus is free and takes only about 3 minutes.

Micro two bedroom nestled in the trees about one mile south of downtown and the ski area. Decorated in a hip mountain-modern style, we have everything you'd need for a fantastic woodsy getaway. Sit on the massive sofa and stream a movie or enjoy the treetop setting from the large deck. This place is way cooler than your typical ski condo. Not ski-in, ski-out and not right in town, but hiking trails and the free town/ski shuttle are a few hundred feet away. Or walk about a mile to Main Street.

The space
Our home is small in square footage (650sf) but feels open with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The kitchen is stocked to cook a full meal and has a two-person eating bar and two-person dining table. The living room has a massive comfy couch, a big internet/cable connected TV, and a wood stove (wood is provided). There is a large balcony with table/chairs, gas grill, and views to distant peaks. The bedrooms are super small but functional: one has a queen bed and the other has a built-in bunk bed. The bathroom has a slate shower (no bathtub) and a reclaimed vanity with carved rock sink. We provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is free uncovered parking.

Other things to note
As with most condos in Breck, there is no AC as it rarely gets above the 70s in Breckenridge. There are fans for the summer. This is in an older condo complex with a mix of rentals and full-time residents.

This ski-in, stylish and cozy condo is one of the very few places in Breckenridge where you can bring your dog. It’s the perfect place for a getaway where you can ditch the car and enjoy the outdoors. We are a 30 second walk to the free bus, an eight minute walk to the gondola, and a seven minute walk to town!

The space
Our one bedroom, one bath condo is the perfect place for a couple and one two extra people to spend time enjoying the best of Breckenridge. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed and the living room couch has a full pull out. The location is unbeatable, located on the slopes and right by Main Street. You can practically ski right to the door and hike 5 minutes to the closest chairlift. (Note- 4 O' ClockRun and Snowflake Chair Lift do not open until December and close in April.) The bus stop is 30 seconds away and can take you straight to the gondola or any of the peak bases. In addition to being perfectly situated for skiing, our place is also only a 7 minute walk to Main Street!

- Pets -
If you are bringing a dog, please let us know by indicating the number in your booking request. There is a $35 non-refundable pet fee, per night, per dog, for the first two nights. No charge after that. Pet rules are pretty basic. Make sure your furry friend is well behaved. Please keep your dogs off our furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him. Please do not leave your dog unattended unless they will stay quiet.

- Temperature -
There is heating in every room hooked up to WiFi thermostats. The place will be warm when you arrive (feel free to send us your preferred temperature) and we'll turn down the heat once you depart from your stay, so you can stay cozy the whole time. As with most mountain units (and all at Wildwood Lodge), we do not have central air conditioning. We did buy a window unit to trial this summer but have kept "no air conditioning" marked under our listed amenities. We do provide a fan and the windows can be opened to keep cool.

- Extra Amenities -
The building has a shared sauna and hot tub. There are technical issues from time to time and therefore we cannot guarantee that they will be open during your stay. Unfortunately the hot tub is not functioning at the moment and the place is priced accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE- The building is older and the ceiling and walls are thin. If you are sensitive to noise, you should be aware of this before staying at any units at Wildwood Suites.

- Parking -
Parking is all outdoors and it is not covered. Your stay includes parking for one car, but you must display a parking pass to avoid being towed. Parking passes can be found in the unit. If your group is bringing more than one vehicle, the Airport Lot does allow overnight parking for a fee.

- Bus -
We are right next to the Ski Hill Road bus stop. This is on the Black Route, and will take you to the Gondola, F Lot, as well as Peak 7 and Peak 8.

- Walking -
We are a seven minute walk to town and an eight minute walk to the gondola. Definitely the easiest way to get anywhere!

Other things to note
We are a ski-in condo from the bottom of the Four O'Clock ski run. At the end of your ski day, you can use your phone as a GPS or keep an eye open at the bottom of the run for a split - head down and to the right and you're right at the top of the road by the building! Note- We are not ski out, you do need to walk to the gondola or chair lift.

Enjoy your vacation in the peaceful Los Pinos complex, located across the street from the Snowflake Lift and Snowflake Run and next to a Free Ride bus stop that will take you one stop to Beaver Run and the base of Peak 9. 3 bedroom/3 bath condo only a few blocks from Main Street. Private heated one car garage and room for one in front. On-site complex hot tub. Two private balconies offer views of pine trees to the east or the mountains on the west side. Sleeps 10.

• Parking: Guests are allowed to park one car in the private heated garage and one directly in front. The complex does not have additional parking so additional vehicles will need to utilize town overflow options.
• Ski-in/ski-out location across the street at the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window and ski shop (Charter Sports).
• In the summer, hike the Sawmill Reservoir trail from the Snowflake lift or connect to the miles of trails surrounding Breckenridge.
• One outdoor on-site hot tub located at the end of the complex
• Access to the Upper Village Pool clubhouse (1/2 mile away) with hot tubs and outdoor pool is open seasonally (closed in spring and fall, open in summer and winter). See below.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

Other things to note
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

This in town penthouse 1 bedroom condo is very clean, quiet and has the best views!! Easily walk to the Gondola or downtown. Great location!!

Just off main street in downtown Breck, this newly renovated, very clean one bedroom/one bath condo will not only be comfortable with a full kitchen and a memory foam sleeper sofa but provides easy access to everything in town including the gondola.
