The property is immaculate and the restaurant upstairs, The Fitz, has great food and drinks. The location was perfect. We had a view of nature from our balcony and it was quiet, but in about 5 minutes you could walk to the heart of vail village. They have onsite laundry facilities which was great for us to not have to pack as much for our week stay. The pool and hot tub area was always clean and there were plenty of towels. Overall I have nothing negative to say about this property and I would definitely stay here again!"

- "This place is great. This place is very close to everything in Vail." - "We booked this a day before we were going to Vail and it was therefore on sale and a good price point. The location is good as you are just 3 more bus stops away from Vail Village or just 2 to the bridge to Lionshead. The VRBO said it was 1 queen and 1 pullout couch, but it was actually 2 queens and 1 pullout, which was fine for us! The pillows were fantastic and the place was clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and was just missing a coffee grinder, aluminum foil and sandwich baggies. The kitchen is suuper tiny so I wouldn't expect to be cooking large meals for more than 4 people in there. We did not use oven so I can't say how well it worked. The porch was huge and the views from this place were pretty! Also, the hot tub and pool were incredible and so big! They were a huge added bonus. All in all I would stay here again and would recommend!"

LIFT HOUSE LODGE NOTES: Dogs are welcome at Lift House Lodge for an additional fee of $35 per night, per dog. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit, per night. Please provide the front desk with a reliable phone number where you can be reached in case staff or maintenance needs access to the room while your dog is alone. This will help us ensure your pet's safety and address any necessary room maintenance promptly.

Front desk and lobby hours are from 8am to 4pm, though these hours may vary depending on the time of year. For access outside of these hours, please use the 2nd-floor side door near room 201 or the 1st-floor Plaza entrance. Remember to have your key or code ready before 7am and after 5pm for entry.

Lift House has onsite coin laundry and an elevator accessing all floors.

LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter season, and $30 per night non-winter season. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead parking garage is $60-$65/overnight (along with hourly daytime rates that vary). Prices may change without a prior notice.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

The Lift House hot tub is available for our guests' enjoyment and is located on the fourth floor.

The space
This is a 1 bedroom with Loft.

Main Floor:
Open floor plan with a living room, kitchen and dining space.
The master bedroom with a Tempurpedic king size bed and detached full bath.

Loft:
This space is perfect for kids, but is also suitable for adults. It has low ceilings so please use caution and you have to duck or crouch down in some spots.

The bed options include a queen, and two twins. However - remember this space is limited to four total people per Vail’s Short Term Rental Rules and the Fire Code.
There is also a 3/4 bath.

Bus Stops
Our condo is a very short walking distance to two bus stops that take you to Vail Village. It is just east of Buffehr Creek (2 minute walk) and just west of the new Lower Buffehr Creek (3 minute walk) bus stops. See google map photo. The bus will get you to the Village from 10-20 minutes depending on time of day and bus.

There are quartz countertops, modern new furniture, a gas fireplace, a delightfully comfortable & new queen size Sealy Tempurpedic adjustable bed in the master and a Queen sized memory foam topped sleeper/sofa in the living room. For your entertainment; the condo has a 48" LG C3 OLED TV with 4K Apple TV and Sonos Beam Sound-bar & Comcast Cable in the living room. The bedroom also has a 55 inch Smart TV with Apple TV and Comcast Cable. We supply free cable and WiFi in the unit should you need to connect to the outside world during your stay. This condo boasts LED feature lighting throughout and Hunter Douglas electric-powered blinds. Nights in can be warm, cozy, and romantic with the Montego gas fireplace located in the living room. The kitchen features full size appliances and is fully stocked with anything and everything that you may need to create tasty meals. We provide staple items like coffee, tea, sugar, oils and various spices. Building 10 laundry facility is 3 doors down from our condo on the ground floor.
New laundry equipment that was installed by the HOA in 2023 uses QR codes for Credit Card payment and you can also download an app that will text you when your laundry is completed. There is also a natural gas grill on the patio with comfy outdoor seating so you can enjoy a meal and some vino while enjoying the sights and sounds of Gore Creek nearby.

*VRC Club Usage & Fee:
Guests may use the Club facilities (this includes pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) at the prevailing outside per person guest fee (currently adults are $35 per person, per day and children 14 and under are $15 per person, per day).
Pricing subject to change at anytime by the HOA. Club amenities as follows:

*The club has a state of the art fitness center with Cybex equipment, 2 hot tubs, a year round outdoor heated pool, 14 tennis courts, newly renovated in 2020 saunas and steam rooms, fitness and yoga classes, as well as offering massages. There is an outside guest club fee that will have to be paid to utilize the facilities at the front desk. The FREE Town of Vail bus has a stop at the Vail Racquet Club to take you into Vail Village for skiing, shopping and dining. Apres Cafe is just steps away from the from door.

Our condo is located in East Vail, with easy access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

We have had many people stay here that come into Vail for medical reasons. If you are coming into The Steadman Clinic, The Vail Valley Surgery Center, Vail Valley Medical Center, or Howard Head Sports Medicine, our condo is perfect. The ground floor means no steps...not a single one. There is ample free parking and you can always ride the free bus.

Guests will have to abide by any COVID rules/restrictions in place on the property and in the club house as directed by staff when on site. Homeowners do not control the HOA nor Town of Vail rules and regulations with regards to COVID.

h. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. No noise or other disturbances are allowed during these hours.
