- "I went with my 16 year old son so we could meet friends at Beaver Creek for skiing. Bus is very close so that made it easy to get to BC. Jason checked us in and he was a wealth of helpful information. It is on 4th floor, so A LOT of stairs with your luggage and when you forget things like I always do. Make sure you get the fridge all the way closed, it gets stuck on counter. They should post something to the fridge to let you know because you think it is closed. We ate once in the room and had the dishes/pots pans we needed."

This listing is located right in between Vail and Beaver Creek. The studio lock off apartment is on the lower level of a 3 story townhome . It has it's own separate entrance and all the amenities you need. There is a comfy king size bed, attached full bathroom, lots of storage space in a large walk in closet and your own washer and dryer. TV with basic cable and Roku. Wi-Fi also included. Gas fireplace for those snowy winter nights. Best of all, there is your own full kitchen so you have the choice of eating out at one of the many great restaurants in the valley or relaxing at home after a long day out in the mountains and cooking up a delicious meal. Your back door opens onto your own private shaded deck with a grassy, tree-lined lawn. Perfect to sit out on and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink in the summer.
The apartment is located just 100 feet from the Eagle Vail golf clubhouse and 1st tee box and overlooks the driving range and putting greens. It is also a short 5 minute walk to the new community pool, pickleball and tennis courts for those hot summer days. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that backs onto national forest with access to a couple shady hikes up a creek and mountain bike trails. The Eagle river and Gore creek are close by with gold medal fly fishing. And of course for winter fun, Beaver Creek ski resort is just 5 minutes drive away and Vail 10 minutes in the other direction.

Sheraton Mountain Villas is a lovely property in a central, and desirable location of Avon. Constantly upgraded and improved, it offers guests modern luxurious comfort and convenience. It's a short free bus ride to Beaver Creek, one of the nicest ski areas in the Rockies and 15 minutes away from Vail. There is a convenient network of buses to all locations, with stops very close to the resort.

The space

The villa is easily accessible from the lobby, and all public areas are a few steps away from the elevator.

The space
Celebrated skiing in Vail is only 15 minutes away. Resort guests are given complimentary passes to Avon Recreation Center, which includes an indoor pool, a water slide and a modern fitness center. After your Beaver Creek adventures, relax and recharge at the vacation resort in premium, two-bedroom villas. Sleep soundly in Avon on the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience Beds, recharge in the master bath whirlpool tubs and read or play games by the fireplaces. Furnished balconies and patios include gas grills and offer pristine views. Other vacation villa features also include full kitchens, washers and dryers and complementary Wi-Fi.

This is a timeshare unit. The check-in process will be through the front desk. There will be a security deposit for incidentals upon check-in which is fully refundable when you check-out.

The exact location, view, and floor of the unit will be assigned at the front desk during the check-in process.

Check-in time is fixed at 4pm and check-out time is fixed at 10am.

Parking is $15/day.

The space
Our place is so close to the free Beaver Creek shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! We often ski right across the parking lot after a storm.
There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right across the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas.
Premiere Ski Delivery can deliver rental equipment to the apartment and is a service we have often used and found competent. There is a lift ticket office at the Landing, so you needn’t travel all the way up to Beaver Creek village (7mins).
The bus to Vail and Edwards and all the restaurants, shops and cinema is also only 100 yards from the front door and leaves every 30min. If you want to walk around the lake, that’s just 5min walk away, and another 15min will have you in the center of Avon. If walking is out, then the local bus comes every 30mins.
Once in the apartment, put up your feet and relax. We have a Smart tv and internet. You can sit in front of the fireplace and read a book, or stare at the trees from bed.

Guests have access to the J204 apartment, the deck, and the public areas around the buildings. And of course the parking lot, where you can park 2 cars. Those cars must be registered, so please send me license plate number, car make and model, and last 5 digits of the vin number, after booking confirmation.
