This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, one of the largest hot tubs in Beaver Creek on site, and building wide free wifi. Ski-In/Out access is via the Elkhorn Chairlift (#14). All of this is located just a short three minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 3,4,or 5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $175 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

- "Perfect condo for our group. Jean with Vail Realty was super easy to work with! We really enjoyed the hot tub after the day on the slopes. The lobby area was very nice for me to do some work in and not force everyone to tiptoe around. Would definitely stay here again." - "The condo was located in an awesome location! Ski in/ski out and a very short walk to the village either via the ski path or a sidewalk." - "Place is as advertised. Mostly clean ( we found a huge black underwear on the floor in the master bedroom ). Good communication with rental realty. Only had a quarter roll of toilet paper in downstairs restroom (we bought 4 rolls at the grocery store). This was made up with the fact that there was provided laundry detergent. The fridge was not cleaned out and we threw away a trashbag full of stuff (we booked very last minute and they sajd another condo owner was there and left the day we arrived. They did let us check in several hours early. I think if it wasnt such a last minute rental, all of the above.would probably be fine because the contact person was very applogetic and wanted to help fix the issue but we just cleaned the fridge and bought toilet paper for efficency sake. I would rent here again without too much concern. Lastly, if they had a pair of tongs in kitchen that would be great. I use them for cooking all the time and it was missing here, despite a fully stocked kitchen."
