This unit has a private entrance and reserved parking on site (upon request). It is the only residential unit in this building which makes it very quiet after business hours. There is gorgeous light (morning and end of day) and a view up to Red Mountain from the back windows. The space is roughly 750 square feet and boasts an open airy kitchen, luxury tilework, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms in this unit. The master is equipped with a queen bed and has views of Red Mountain and large closets. There is a custom bunk bed in the second bedroom with a queen mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The guest bedroom also features a 40 inch TV. The property will sleep 5 comfortably!

The kitchen table doubles as a great office/workspace. The wifi is excellent.

The bathroom features a STEAM SHOWER for your enjoyment after a long day exploring.

We are all about Low, lounge-y sofa and chairs that’s balance modern lines with deep comfort.

* Safe unit access-just place your phone over the unit keyhole to enter. We don't use a passcode that anyone else can use.

* We take sleep very seriously!  Our comfortable pillow-top bed is second to none; it's not a pull-down Murphy bed or pull-out couch. We incorporated feng shui to enhance your sleep. Some people have a hard time adjusting to the altitude. The heaters are as quiet as they come.

* The spacious kitchen and dining area is more than perfect for small meals. Besides the usual, we offer an ice machine, nice cooking utensils, condiments and coffee!  The dining table doubles as a comfortable work table with reliable Wi-fi and a smart tv.

* A lovely pine tree is the view with a park beyond. The large double pane windows have modern darkening shades for privacy and quietness; the windows slide open extra wide for a breeze. For your comfort, we provide a fan and humidifier.

* We keep the condo as hypo-allergic as possible in consideration of our guests with allergies.  For 20 years we've been using two products from Eco Sense-  one to clean followed by a sanitizing, disinfectant made of tea tree oil. 

* The unit has some white plush rugs and white linen accents. Please note that no shoes, animals, smoking or vaping are allowed.
