This isn't obvious from the photos. We got 2 bedrooms and the other two were blocked off. 2. Parking is NOT included. It's $80 per month across the street. Automated turn in of keys after the stay was not included. The phone number for the "host", which was not the same as the on-site property office, was an international UK number. That never happened. I never got a checkout procedure, yet, the on-site property rental office was kind enough to take the key from me. The "reply" button their emails led to a login-screen for Expedia, yet, after logging in, no obvious way to send a message. That literally the only reason I'm leaving a review. Overall, it met our needs and I would stay there again. "

The Chicago, Burlington, & Quincy railroad system recognized the potential of Havelock, establishing Havelock as a hub for travelers & shipping. This heritage finds its way into the decor of Havelock House, with train-inspired design that blends with modern upgrades to make the home a unique retreat.
You will be on the main floor in a private apartment, boasting 1,600 sq. ft. of comfort: 3 private bedrooms, a queen, king & full-size bed. For added flexibility, a couch offers extra sleeping space.
There are 2 entrances equipped with secure, keyless locks for convenience & safety. The same code will work for both doors, providing seamless entry. One is located on the north side, leading to the front yard and parking, while the other is on the east side of the house. The rear (east) entry door provides access to both the basement & main floor apartments. The basement is a private residence & once inside the house, separate coded entry doors ensure privacy for each apartment.
Enjoying the porch in the evenings is delightful, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. The front porch offers a perfect setting to appreciate Nebraska's charm. While the backyard is fully fenced with 2 gates, a concrete patio with an awning, a table with chairs, and free-standing swing. Additional features include a freestanding hammock, antique swing, chair tree swing under a Hackberry tree, a picnic table & compost bin.
No pets.
There is a garden in the backyard & herbs planted all about. Feel free to cut some herbs or pick some fresh vegetables when they are in season. A Bolo toss (ladder game) is available for use. If you're interested in other outdoor games, just let me know, & I’ll happily bring additional options to the house.
There are 4 cameras on the property. One on the front porch, facing the driveway. Another at the rear entry stairwell. The remaining 2 are positioned at the front & back of the garage, overseeing the parking areas.
There is ample parking available on the west side & to the south, near the alley. Please note that clearly marked spots are reserved for the basement tenants. Avoid parking in their designated spaces or obstructing their vehicles. If you plan to use the west gate of the fenced yard, you will need to unlatch it from the inside.
The sunporch houses a breakfast nook that can double as a spot for games or basking in the sunlight. A washer/dryer are located here for your use. Additionally, picnic supplies & outdoor dishes are on the shelf next to the games, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals.
Children are welcome but the house is not childproof. As such, guests with children are encouraged to bring any necessary safety items or precautions to ensure a worry-free stay. The open layout & eclectic decorations may captivate young ones but could also present challenges without proper supervision.
There is no smoking or vaping in the home. You may sit on the porch or in the patio area & smoke. Clean up your butts! The patio features comfortable seating arrangements, perfect for unwinding with a book, engaging in conversation, or sipping a beverage.

Two-bedroom, one-bathroom loft apartment on a country estate, with a separate, full kitchen and living area, outside Ashland, Nebraska. Minutes to Lincoln and Omaha. Property is home to rescue animals, wildlife, and just minutes away from the Simmons wildlife safari, Mahoney and Platte River State Parks, SAC Air Museum, Gretna Outlet Malls, and a couple of miles from Ashland. Come spend a week with Kiwi the pig, turkeys, ducks, donkeys, goats, and other rescue animals on three acres in the country. Listen to coyotes howl at night, see stars you didn't know existed, and breathe the fresh air.

It can accommodate up to 2 guests with a comfortable queen bed! The home is located in the heart of The Historic College View Neighborhood @ 40th & Prescott Avenue. This buzzing area offers shopping, The Mill Coffee House, a bakery, salons, bike paths, a Farmers Market on Sundays and more... Sisley Inn is the perfect getaway destination!

*The Outdoor areas include a large patio with a table and chairs, plantings and a spacious yard. The House also has a wonderful covered front porch that overlooks the vast College View campus and the bustling activity of the local shoppers, students and merchants. Suite 1-B has an attached small deck with a table and chairs for two, plantings and also the same view as previously described. The house is secluded and "tucked back" off of the main street of 48th and it is also sheltered by quiet merchants next door. It feels very private in a very comfortable setting!

Located in the historic Clark-Leonard House (circa 1887), in the Near South Neighborhood, 7 blocks from the Capitol and a mile from downtown Lincoln, this delightful 2nd floor apartment offers a comfortable stay for guests. There are other apartments on the property and in the house, however this is the only short-term rental. The main room has a queen bed, and the sunroom has a 2nd queen size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and amenities - hairdryer, shampoo, and other toiletries. The unit has a new mini-split A/C heat pump in the main room and smaller a/c heat pump in the second room, Wi-Fi, Roku smart TV, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a hot plate, glasses, cups, dishes and flatware. A washing machine & dryer are available just outside the unit on the same level. There is a pool table on the first floor where you enter, and you are welcome to play pool. The yard is available to you, with tables, chairs, flowers, and a fountain to enjoy. Pets need to be on a leash at all times. We could work something out with the dog area. We have 2 large friendly dogs on the property. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lincoln has to offer. We have street parking and security cameras. Owners are on the property.

There is also free parking behind the house that can be approached thru the alley. You can also park in front, on the street for free. This a great getaway spot with shared outdoor areas like a big patio, covered front porch & a side porch. The beautiful gardens are around the entire house created & maintained by our family. A private and secluded 1 Bedroom "Tree House" Suite at the Victorian Sisley Inn located in South Lincoln just 10 minutes from Downtown! If you want a clean and comfortable nights rest this 2nd floor Suite is perfect for you! It over looks the excitement in the area. We call it the "Tree House" Suite 2-B . It is located in a vibrant and happening part of town that is safe and clean. You can relax at Sisley Inn in your Suite or on the Victorian covered front porch. You won't be disappointed with this one!

The Sisley Inn is centrally located in Historic College View with shopping, restaurants, a coffee house, a pastry and ice cream shop, biking, walking paths, parks and more.
This charming historic Victorian home was built in 1890 by W.C. Sisley. He is also the architect of the World-Renowned Union College. Sisley Inn is located in the heart of College View where things are really happening. The Inn offers a great escape with historical features, comfort and convenience!

*The Outdoor areas include a large patio with a table and chairs, plantings and a spacious yard. The House also has a wonderful covered front porch that overlooks the beautiful College View campus and the bustling activity of the local shoppers, students and merchants. The house is secluded and "tucked back" off of the main street of 48th and it is also sheltered by quiet merchants next door. It feels very private in a very comfortable setting!

*Parking is free and available behind the house. Guests may enter through the alley off of Prescott or Cooper Avenue to access the 4 stall parking area in back of Sisley Inn. You approach the Suite by the sidewalk around the house. If you are staying in Suite 2B- enter from the South sidewalk and enter through the front door. Upstairs the door is labeled Suite 2-B. As your Host Denise, I will contact you the day of arrival to give you the codes to enter your specific area.
