We are renting the Lower level of our personal residence. The lower level is equipped with a microwave, stocked mini-fridge (complimentary beverages), stocked Keurig (complimentary coffee), 1 bedroom (Queen bed), living area and bathroom. Renters will have access to the outdoor pool (in season), outdoor hot tub, fire pit, patio with table and chairs. Location is close to downtown New Glarus ( 2 miles), the New Glarus Brewery (<1mile) New Glarus Woods state park/bike path (<1 mile) and Baileys Run Winery (4 miles). Madison/Verona is only a 20-25 minute drive. Monroe is a 20 minute drive south.

- "The location is very convenient to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We never tried the pizza place in the building but walked up to Salvatore’s and we were not disappointed! Excellent food and service just a few blocks away. We had been traveling for two weeks so it was nice to be able to do some laundry while staying here for a few nights. Didn’t do any cooking but kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in. My only complaints about this property would be that the fridge and freezer need to be wiped out and that the person living in the unit above us has a heavy foot and seemed to be walking all over their condo for long periods of time. But during the night it was quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. All in all a great place for the price."

The neighborhood is unbeatable with walkable restaurants, shops, and pubs. The expansive backyard offers an outdoor eating area and space to relax. The Military Ridge trail runs through the edge of the almost acre of space with easy biking access to Epic Systems, the lovely town of Paoli or right to Madison. Paoli Place is the main floor flat on a tree lined residential street. You will be close to everything when staying at Paoli Place. It is a great location if you are exploring Madison, Verona or Mt. Horeb and is ideal if you are working with Epic. We are located right on the Military-Ridge Bike Path that leads you to all of these locations. Additionally, we are a short walk to great coffee shops, the best locally owned bookshop and great bars and restaurants. Our home is designed for families, professionals or groups. This space is the main floor a three-flat home. The only shared space includes the outdoor space and a large foyer where all three main entrances are located at different levels.
