We are renting the Lower level of our personal residence. - "The location is very convenient to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We never tried the pizza place in the building but walked up to Salvatore’s and we were not disappointed! Excellent food and service just a few blocks away. We had been traveling for two weeks so it was nice to be able to do some laundry while staying here for a few nights. Didn’t do any cooking but kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in. My only complaints about this property would be that the fridge and freezer need to be wiped out and that the person living in the unit above us has a heavy foot and seemed to be walking all over their condo for long periods of time. But during the night it was quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. All in all a great place for the price."

Paoli Place is the main floor flat on a tree lined residential street. You will be close to everything when staying at Paoli Place. It is a great location if you are exploring Madison, Verona or Mt. Horeb and is ideal if you are working with Epic. We are located right on the Military-Ridge Bike Path that leads you to all of these locations. Additionally, we are a short walk to great coffee shops, the best locally owned bookshop and great bars and restaurants. Our home is designed for families, professionals or groups. This space is the main floor a three-flat home. The only shared space includes the outdoor space and a large foyer where all three main entrances are located at different levels.

It is located 25 minutes from downtown Madison, Camp Randall and the Kohl Center in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the metro area. It is an excellent place for the traveling professional. It is not an appropriate place for traveling work crews.

In the summer months, you can listen to live music coming from across the bay. You can join the fun at this nightlife hot spot either by boat or a quick stroll over the dam on foot. There are a total of 13 restaurants and bars within walking distance, and several quaint downtown shops to check out. Be sure to check out Stormy's Music Venue to see who is playing while you are in town. You will be surprised at their high-quality lineup. But wait there is more! Adventure awaits when conditions are right! We are located 2 1/2 blocks from the kayak put-in point on the Beaver Dam river where you would experience a class 1, 5 star white water rapids that runs 5.5 miles. Shuttle service can be arranged with the Beaver Paddlers Inc. You have to see the water ski show put on by the Beaver Land Must-ski water ski team every Sunday at 6 pm. Enjoy right from the backyard with death-defying jumps and towering pyramids or walk 1 block down to Tahoe Park for the full show. Don't pack too much food! We are 2 1/2 blocks from Annabelle's Ice Cream Parlor! Voted the number #1 lunch spot in Dodge County! Among a delicious large food menu are 24 flavors of Cedar Crest ice cream! Your comfort is important to us.
We guarantee that your in-room air conditioning will be capable of cooling to a minimum of 72°F (22°C), and your heating system will warm to a minimum of 72°F (22°C). Should you experience any issues with your room's temperature not meeting this guarantee, please contact the front desk right away. After our team verifies the issue, we will happily provide a 15% discount on your room rate for the remaining nights of your stay.

If the television, refrigerator, or microwave in your room is not functioning properly during your stay, please notify us immediately via SMS text message. Once we've been notified and verified the issue, we will refund 3% of your total reservation cost, if we are unable to remedy the issue.

Hotel Noise Policy
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, the following noise policy is strictly enforced:
First Violation: If a noise complaint is made and your unit is identified as being in violation of our noise policy, you will receive a warning and be asked to cease the disruptive noise immediately.
Second Violation: Should a second noise complaint be made regarding your unit, you will be required to vacate the premises within 15 minutes.
No Refunds: Violations of this noise policy will result in immediate eviction, and no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your stay.
