There are about 20+ stairs up to this 2nd floor unit. There is NO free parking. There is a parking ramp 1 block behind us for paid parking ($20). Street metered parking is available during the day but not overnight.

- "The remodeling/upgrades done on this 1900’s apartment are well done. They’ve modernized the apartment while keeping the classic charm. While Downton Appleton goes to sleep early (unless you enjoy bar hopping), the block that this apartment is located has a number of fun little shops/coffeehouses/eateries. There is also a large YMCA behind this apartment which offers day passes if you accustom to a daily workout. One negative (which is out of the control of this apartment owner) is parking. Street parking is only allowed during the day and in 2-hour chunks. The parking app will not let you book consecutive 2-hour blocks of time, so you’ll need to move your car to a new stall every two hours. There is a convenient parking ramp on the next block which is $20 per overnight. I would stay here again as I need to beat my high score on the pinball machine!"

While you're located in a paramount spot, our apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the local supermarket, restaurants, hospitals, and Hwy I-41.

Two Bedroom and one bath apartment on the second floor. We have a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and a bright and comfortable living room for you to enjoy. Off-street parking is available, and we are 1.5 miles from the ThedaCare Regional Medical Center and 3 miles from downtown.
Both of our bedrooms feature a premium memory foam mattress with down-filled topper, and two pillows per guest. Next to the beds you will find a nightstand complete with a reading light, phone charging station, and books.
Bedroom 1 - The Cactus Room: queen sized bed with a built in dresser and closet. Snuggle underneath the warm blankets and stream your favorite shows or movie with our 42 inch Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 - The Space Room: queen sized bed, dresser, and closet. Enjoy the street view window and cozy up with your favorite shows or movie with our 42 inch Smart TV.

These two-bedroom one bath units feature a waterfall granite island with four designer stools, a large executive 78″ built in modern fireplace with 65″ built in television, and a full stainless steel high-end appliance upgrade.
Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment.
Bathrooms have tub/shower and large 48″ vanity, many with granite or quartz updates and new shower doors and updated fixtures.
The two bedrooms feature closets and 50″ TVs with one king bed per unit and the second bedroom typically having a queen bed or a pair of extra-long twin beds. The Lavish Lion specifically currently has a queen bed set up in the second bedroom as pictured.
The furnishing appointments can be defined as executive upgraded with nicer large sectionals, abundant pillows, blankets, nice new mattresses that have been highly reviewed, and a kitchen with extra stock to include everything from your small appliances (toaster/coffee maker/blender/griddle) to extra wine glasses, pots and pans, big spoon drawer items etc.
Clients should be aware that we have light construction going on in some of the units. At Ritchie's Residences of Kensington our Cowchella unit combines the finest materials with an urban cowboy theme. Waterfall quartz countertops, built in 78" fireplace and 65" TV, and a new upgraded appliance package are unit highlights.
King and queen beds, large sectional couch and thoughtful luxury touches throughout will delight our guests. Laundry is in the building and unit comes with a non attached garage.
The space
Cowchella is on the second floor of an eight-unit corporate housing apartment. There are nice stairs from a locked door with buzzer system and outdoor security cameras for added safety. The upstairs unit has a code lock unique to you as a guest. Freshly remodeled unit as of July 2022 means all new mattresses,bedding furniture and updates.

This is a nice safe neighborhood. There are a number of places to eat that are in walking distance. Close to highway access, grocery, etc.
We have a picnic table area set between our two buildings with flowers and pine trees.

Teel Waves at Ritchie’s Apple Place has just undergone an upgrade! Kitchen cabinets have been refinished with a lovely modern granite countertop, stainless stove and large stainless new big family sized fridge with ice maker. The huge master bedroom’s bathroom also received a granite vanity top. This is an abundant space for a single person or family to enjoy with over 1000 square feet and a very large living area with fireplace.
Located securely on the second floor and at the end of the cul-de-sac, it has a feeling of extra safety and security. We also have updated locks to code locks with biometrics and are adding additional outside of unit (main hallway and parking lot) security cameras. This is a great home away from home with everything you need and plenty of space.

The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. This two-bedroom one bath unit has a boho glam vibe much like the decadent peacock, who populates the unit with touches of feathery glam throughout.
Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment.

The Scandinavian Suites brings a little of Appleton’s northern European influences into this Nordic design at our Ritchie’s Residences of Kensington site. Located on the first floor, this spacious unit is set up with four extra long twins at this time, great for our traveling work crews. The Celestial Suite, the Peacock Penthouse and Appleton Atlantis will be released during the month of August 2022 all equally appointed. Eight additional units will be released throughout the fall.
Clients should be aware that we have light construction going on in some of the units. This light construction includes updating tile and flooring replacement in last remaining units awaiting updates. (The 610 building has only one-unit remaining updates as of September 2022. If you don’t work on a day shift please feel free to inquire more about the construction status at these units and if they will be a fit for you.
