Should the LESSOR become aware of any violation to the above policies by LESSEE, the LESSOR will have the right to an immediate eviction of the LESSEE and all persons on the property. Any remaining nights stays will not be refunded.
All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside of trash bags that are securely tied closed.
Pick up all trash and recycling, bag it and place it in the trash and recycling cans provided and get out to curb for pick-up.
Throw out or remove ALL personal items brought into the house.
Place all soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
Please do not strip or remake beds. Soiled towels should be left on the floor by the washer/dryer in the unit, or if the laundry is outside or does not have laundry facilities, leave the laundry on the kitchen floor.
All furniture and other items must be returned to the same position they were in at move in.

Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available. The property is only 1 hour from the Wisconsin Dells.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $200. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Safe neighborhood located a few blocks from UWSP & the police department. During the warmer months you have access to our spacious backyard along with hammocks and an assortment of yard games. Downtown is within walking distance (1 mile) and there are many bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Schmeeckle Reserve is a short walk away (0.4 miles) with a biking/walking trail around Lake Joanis where you can unplug and take in nature at its finest! SentryWorld Golf Course is only 1.2 miles away, extremely walkable.

One bedroom, one bath upper unit with office space. Plenty of storage. Two walk in closets with a closet pantry off the kitchen. There are two window air conditioners; one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. While staying here you have access to a SmartTV. There is a laundromat down the road (0.8 miles away).

The entry to the unit is up a flight of stairs. There is one parking space available and be aware we have a long driveway that you may need to back down.
