Guests have one designated parking spot directly in front of the building. Additional free parking is available anywhere in the private lot — except in front of Drink Wisconsinbly (our retail tenant). More public parking is also available along Highway 42.

The Landmark Resort encompasses 40 acres atop a cliff, overlooking the waters of Green Bay in Door County. This building is a former bed & breakfast that has been moved to this new location. There are 2 Airbnb rooms, this one is a queen room with a kitchenette. It is a simple space but will offer a quiet retreat after your busy day of exploring Door County.

The space
This quaint building houses 3 year round apartments and 2 Airbnb rooms. This is a queen room with a small kitchenette. There is a one burner cook top, pots, dishes, a fridge, a microwave, coffeemaker etc. It is second floor unit accessed through a common entrance. There is wireless and a TV with a dvd player but NO CABLE TV and NO ANTENNA which basically means NO TV channels. If you have a netflix or other account and would like to watch on the TV bring your device and a cord to attach. This apartment is great for the chemically sensitive as we use only natural cleaning agents and are sensitive to furnishings etc that would cause an issue. That being said please limit your use of personal chemicals..The WIFI network is Tower Inn.

There is a common main entrance and then each unit has a private entrance from the hallway on the second floor. There is small deck with some chairs and a little table for morning coffee!

Other things to note
This is a no smoking property- not even on the deck or in the parking lot!
Please treat this apartment as you would if it were yours, keep it neat.
No parties or loud noise please, there are other residents in the building.
This property is a refuge for pollinators so there is no lawn- the yard is a wildflower prairie so if you are someone who needs a manicured lawn you may not appreciate this property.
Pets- well behaved dogs are permitted ONLY with permission. I charge $5/night for each pet maximum 1 dogs- $25/week. No excessive barking and no running around in the apt . When guests leave the apt the dog must be with you or crated- no exceptions. Pets can not be left unattended on the deck and you must pick up after them. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done by your pet. No cats.

The Egg Harbor Hideaway is a brand new guest suite, designed and built with Airbnb guests in mind.

The space
The Egg Harbor Hideaway is a one bedroom/one bathroom private suite located on the second floor of it's sister listing-The Modern Craftsman Home, with a private entrance and keypad deadbolt for easy check-in. Inside, you'll find a brand new apartment designed specifically with Airbnb guests in mind.

The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need, including a mini-fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, large sink, kitchen utensils, Keurig, and snacks. You'll sleep soundly on a brand new queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress from Tuft & Needle. The bathroom has beautiful new fixtures, plush linens, and a shower with great water pressure. The WiFi is fast, and the LED TV comes with a Chromecast for your favorite streaming services, so you can unwind and watch all your favorite shows and movies after a day of exploring the peninsula.

Guest access
Guests have access to the guest suite with a private entrance. Their is no "common area" that you`ll have to share with anyone. The patio and backyard are reserved for guests in the main house.

Even though it is above the garage, it is VERY well insulated (certified energy efficient) with air conditioning and heat. The Tree House apartment is right in the center of Egg Harbor but very quiet and secluded. The apt is close to the park, has a spectacular view of the Bay, is close restaurants, dining, shops and the beach. This is a queen studio apartment with a futon that could sleep another 2 people. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of 2 units in the building- also check-out my Sunset apt, great if you are traveling with friends or family!

The space
This is a second floor apartment above a retail space, a natural food store, a green spa and retail store. There is an outdoor set of stairs to the deck which overlooks the bay. It is about 2 plus stories of stairs so not for the weak of heart...The kitchen is fully stocked so if you like to cook you should have everything you need(except the food! There is wireless and a TV with a dvd player but NO CABLE TV and NO ANTENNA which basically means no TV channels. If you have a netflix or other account and would like to watch on the TV bring your device and a cord to attach. There is a full size futon in the living room so the apartment could accommodate 4 people. This apartment is great for the chemically sensitive as we use only natural cleaning agents and are sensitive to furnishings etc that would cause an issue. That being said please limit your use of personal chemicals....
This apt is located above Spa Verde massage rooms so we ask our guests to be very conscious of making noise during business hours.

This apt is self contained so you have access to the entire space. If you are bringing bikes you will have to carry them up to the deck or you can store them under the stairs- outside.

My husband Greg, our two sons, and I have been coming to Door county for many years. We decided to buy our piece of the Door 8 years ago. Our condo is located on a bluff overlooking lake Michigan. It is part of the Landmark Resort which offers many amenities for guests. You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the view. The space
We particularly enjoy sitting on our patio watching the sunset. It is a spectacular view! Our condo offers you a full kitchen, living room, one bedroom and a pull out sofa sleeper as well as a full bath.

There are three outdoor pools, and one indoors for year round access. Our building, The Navigator, has a huge common area with a fireplace, comfy sofas and chairs, and floor to ceiling view of Lake Michigan for relaxing with family and friends. Enjoy tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard; playground equipment is also available for young children. Around The Navigator there several areas equipped with grills and picnic tables, but if you'd rather go out, the Carrington Pub and Grill is in walking distance on the grounds of the Landmark Resort.

If you are staying for more than a few days, the building is equipped with a washer and dryer. There is also a soda vending machine and ice.

NOTE: Sometimes, we will have the main house rented to other Airbnb guests. The space is located above the garage, so you'll need to climb a set of stair to get to it. To enter the loft, you will use the side door of the garage and walk up the stairs. Though it is above the garage, it is VERY well insulated (certified energy efficient) with air conditioning and heat. The unit has keypad dead-bolt, so check-in is automated.
